Rooms are small and mostly clean. The shower had a little mode by the cracks. The location is okay but it didn't seem to be that convenient. Wouldn't stay here again. Staff is nice and friendly. Got my a cheap taxi to the airport and told expensive taxi drivers to go away when they tried to harass me.

Whilst nothing fancy, this boutique hotel is functional and conveniently located. Ideal for business people who want a no fuss, good value for money hotel, within walking distance of the exhibition and culture centre for work. Hoa Kiem lake is only a 5 min taxi ride away or a slightly longer stroll if you prefer to walk.

Overnight business trip this time. I chose the hotel as I can walk to my office from there (Capital Tower). A little bit off the tourist track, but very near the railway station. The hotel seems to be recently renovated. My room on a high floor was clean and well appointed. WIFI was good, bed comfortable and the shower nice...

This small hotel is nicely located, has a helpful staff most of whom speak English (and of course, Vietnamese), and work hard to accommodate your needs. Moderately priced, good wifi, decent if necessarily small buffet breakfast, HOT water, strong wifi. If you want quiet, get one of the deluxe rooms on the back. All rooms are small, but they'll do....

Upon arrival the hotel looks very average. Inside the Manager was very helpful. We had mistakenly only requested a room for one. He made the adjustment, a minor $5.00 charge. We believed the location to be closer to the Opera House. The elevator like many places here is on the small size, but big enough. Our room on the fourth...

At first I was choosing between this hotel and movenpick since they are both close by to the ICE centre. The pictures on the websites and reviews were pretty good, it seemed that even though this hotel is much cheaper, the standard of the rooms are similar so we decided to go with this one. Plus it offered free wifi...

Very comfortable, very friendly, they are really just so nice here. Beds are very good, the bathrooms good with lots of hot water and handouts. Breakfast simple but good. Food at other times seems to be brought in, but I found it very good. I stayed 3 weeks, working nearby. Its a healthy distance to the tourist area at the...

Stayed with a group of colleagues for 3 nights for a conference. Rooms were clean and comfortable. all the standard amenities though they could improve on the bath gel and shampoo - pretty awful fragrance.Complementary breakfast was actually very good as there was both a local Vietnamese and Western selection.
