The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff is courteous, friendly and very helpful. Receptionists are adorables. I needed for some extra services and they helped me very efficiently. An impeccable, high quality service.
Of all hotels I’ve stayed at across asia, this is unequivocally the most attentive, friendly, smiling and helpful team of staff I’ve met. Particularly front desk team are super prompt and during check-in they take time to walk through dos and donts in Vietnam to stay safe, specific list of eateries, attractions and more so you wont wonder where to go next. Calling front desk for extra towels took the staff less than 2 minutes to knock on our door (you wouldn’t get this speed even at 5-star hotels). When you arrive at lobby there will be 1-2 staffs that always opens the door for you while the reception will press the lift for you. There’s so much care in what they do that it really shines through. They’re a 3 star hotel with 5 stars service. The hotel is situated right across the famous 4P’s pizza restaurant with some of the best food you can have. You’ll get a great night sleep because the hotel is in a quiet corner while you’re in the heart of all attractions and lovely food. If you’re wondering where to go, this is exactly it. You’ll enjoy your stay and more.…
Very close to the heart of the Old Quarter, but tucked away down a side street so doesn't suffer from outside noise. Taxi and minibus access to the hotel can, by all accounts, be a bit of a problem on days when the area around the nearby Hoan Kiem lake is pedestrianised and is closed off to traffic. Staff on the front desk were really helpful and very efficient. Room - a vast bed, loads of pillows, excellent waterfall shower, in-room safe (which actually had working batteries), small fridge (ran silently). Breakfast - served in the top floor restaurant from early to late, with a good selection of fresh hot and cold dishes - in a mix of western and local. Conclusion: would certainly book here again.
The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel is located conveniently in the old quarter. We found the rooms to be very clean and well equipped for our short stay. The breakfast was good and was more than enough food and variety for our family with three small children. The smoothies and fruit juice in the morning was delicious! The one item of feedback we offered the staff was that it would be helpful to have two baby chairs (they had one which was broken) in the dining area. They were open and receptive to this feedback and I’m confident they will make the necessary changes. I recommend this as a place to stay close to the old quarter!
Excellent location just steps away from Hoan Kiem Lake and many of the attractions in Old Quarter. I was impressed by their responsiveness even before I arrived. We had to change the itinerary and add a cruise to Halong Bay. They arranged everything and communicated all the details thru emails, making us feel assured and comfortable. It’s a small boutique hotel at its best. Their breakfast was delicious, and we loved the Vietnamese coffee they served. All the staff is very attentive and caring. The room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
I’m planning a trip for my fiancés birthday and the staff at imperial hotel have been nothing short of amazing. They are so helpful in helping me plan the tours and really making this trip special. Highly recommend them for their hospitality
Located centrally in Hanoi's Old Quarter with everything you need & want close by. Lovely room, very comfortable & spacious. The staff were fabulous, very attentive & friendly. See Tommy for tips where to eat & shop nearby!! Highly recommended.
We loved and enjoyed our stay at the Imperial Hotel. The staff were very attentive and very pleasant. The location of the hotel was very convenient to all the tourists spots we visited. It was a memorable trip w the family.
This hotel was a joy to stay with. The location is great - in the old town near the lake. The room was well appointed with a comfortable bed and lovely rain shower. The staff went over and above to make our stay enjoyable - they arranged an airport transfer, tickets to the water puppet show and even a tour guide. They greeted us warmly every time we passed through the spectacular lobby and seemed genuinely happy that we enjoyed their hospitality. Definitely highly recommended and we will certainly be staying here again next time we visit Hanoi!
We stayed for 5 nights at Hanoi Imperial Hotel , us 5 ladies! We felt safe, pampered and definitely well taken care of! Our room is clean, breakfast superb and manager Mr Duong and his team made our trip very memorable and fun. They also gave us the best tour guide Mr Quyen! We loved it there! If given a chance to visit hanoi again, this is the only hotel will ever stay in!
