Stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't have asked for a better location. Room was large, clean, a/c, minibar and tv and very comfortable to stay in. Staff were very friendly and helped as much as they could with huge smile on their face. Booked ha long bay day trip and snake dinner in Le mat and can't recommend either...

There is an old adage that you get what you've paid for and that is certainly true of the Paramount. I've stayed here several times, sometimes for extended visits. The price is amazing around $20 booked via Booking.com or Agoda and the location also great. Large rooms with air conditioning, a mini bar and flat screen tv are all great...

Price is so good to have a great accommodation here. it took me less than 10mins to walk to the Sword lake - centre of Ha noi. I didn't have the balcony but city view on high floor was enough to me. The staffs were so nice and friendly, and above all, they were very helpful! I like it, and...

Firstly I woul like to say that the management and staff are very friendly and really do treat you like family. They go out of their way to make your stay confortable. The rooms are large, new an very clean. The location is fantastic only three blocks from the central Hoan Kiem Lake. The street that the hotel is located...

+ clean, good breakfast, large room, good wifi, cheap, good localisation - be careful about Truonq, the guy who sell tourism tour. He is too insistent and wants absolutely sell you his tour. He even followed us in the town. He is not honest and very aggressive. this guy wastes this hotel which is really good without that guy.

For a budget hotel I thought this was just fine. While the beds are firm -which I found them to be in most places in Vietnam, the were large king singles or King so very spacious. There was only one night when we noticed the noise from the lobby, otherwise I found it reasonably quiet. Breakfast was limited and I...

We booked this hotel in advance on booking.com, stayed one night but the bed was so firm and one side had a big dip in it that we couldn't sleep properly. We were so tired the next day we decided we couldn't stomach staying for a second night and we found another hotel. Paid three times as much but we...

The lobby smelled bad. The room smelled like a used old ashtray. The toilet had no exhaust system and the toilet bowl is lopsided. But the worst experience in the hotel is when the receptionist accused us of drinking the mineral water in the ref. She even told us to check again even when we explained that my husband found...

Paramount Hotel is located down a quiet little alleyway that is close to all the action in Ha Noi. The rooms are extremely comfortable, clean and affordable and there is breakfast included. We made great friends with all of the staff who were extremely helpful to find our way around Ha Noi, teach us a little bit about the Vietnamese...

Everytime I come to Hanoi I stay at Paramount. It's down a cute little alley way (the car/taxi can't get down it, but the hotel staff will come out to meet you and take your bags if they know you're coming), set back at the end of a side street from the alley way. The people are friendly and willing...
