Stayed in Charming Hotel for 3 nights and it was great. The staffs were friendly and I definitely enjoyed my stay here. Will definitely stay this hotel infuture if I'm coming back to Hanoi!

Really???? Well or i had Lucky during my stay there, or you had bad luck. During my stay there the room was very cleaned and i never had any kind of problem. Maybe they are facing some management issues...

This hotel is in a dark alley in the Old Quarter. Nearby is the Water Puppet Theatre. Within a slightly longer walking distance it the Temple of Literature. I'd choose a nicer hotel, though.
