The first impression of this hotel was very bad and it never changed till the moment I left. The only good thing about this hotel is that it was very close to the Lake and the night market. My room was on the fourth floor and the small tiny spiraling stair was not enough wide to take up suitcase up....

at first glance the rooms look quite ok, but if you stay there longer then 10 minutes you'll find cockroaches crawling around (even by daylight) celebrating all the leftover food and rubbish underneath the bed (variating from small papars, dead bugs and big waterbottles) left by former guests.. The room has a filthy carpet on the ground which looks like...

Originally she offered USD 8 but when I decided to go elsewhere she decided to bargain for it. When I needed internet connection,...

Whey picked us up from the bus, we saw the room and wanted to stay. It is a large, clean room with air con, a fridge, the comfiest bed I've had in 4 months and a TV. King was really friendly and we even went out drinking with him after he finished work. We had a great time. The bath...

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Holiday Hotel Hanoi is an excellent place to call home. It is centrally located on a quiet side street, the staff speaks English, and are wonderfully friendly and helpful. We booked our trip to Ha Long Bay at the desk as well as got train tickets for Hue. They were prompt with taxi service and did everything they...
