Dear Maison D'Hanoi Management Thank you very much for the warm welcome back to your hotel for our second stay in one week. We enjoyed the cup of tea and biscuits on our return. We were particularly pleased to discover that you had decided to give away our three rooms that we foolishly booked five months previously, despite the fact... More

The location is fantastice. 1 block from the lake and the cathedral. The street it is in has great shops - everthing you need to buy within 2 minutes walk. The staff were friendly and the breakfast very good. The only downside is the rooms are a little small but the beds are REALLY comfortable and the decor is lovely.... More

The Maison d’Hanoi boutique hotel is conveniently located in the charming old quarters of historic Hanoi, and is a 3 minute walk from the famed Hoan Kiem Lake. Rooms are exceptionally clean, well appointed and probably have the most comfy beds and luxurious pillows we have slept in. Plus, room rates come with a lovely breakfast buffet spread which includes... More

This was the final hotel we stayed in on the last leg of our trip, so imagine our surprise when upon arrival we were told our twin room was not ready as the previous occupants hadn't checked out, and had gone off for the day. We were offered a temporary double til our room was ready, at around 7.00 pm.... More

We stayed here to visit Halong Bay - it was a good enough hotel for hte price. Had everything we needed, the room was really small, no windows, so we felt a little bit cramped. Free in room wifi was great!!! I suppose all hotels in Hanoi is pretty small, unless you are staying at the Hilton or Sofitel... it's... More

Maison d'Hanoi is a good quality hotel that is located in a great location. The staff were great and although the rooms are small, how long do you spend in the room anyway? I would recommend this hotel to other traveling through Vietnam.

Our room was very small, and had no window, just glass tiles to let any daylight in. Make sure you are not in a room near the lifts as these can be heard all night long! as our travelling companions found out. Staff pleasant enough, breakfast was good. Apparently there are better rooms, we had asked for an upgrade, but... More

We stayed at the hotel for two days at the beginning of the Tet holiday. As with most of the other reviews I can confirm that it is clean, modern and in a great location (only two blocks from Hoan Kiem Lake). My room did have windows, but they were glass block so you could not see out and they... More

Stayed in the most basic room, was pretty small with no windows looking outside but it wasn't a problem for us. If anything it made the room feel cozy which is what I missed about it when staying at our next hotel which had a huge room. The bed was comfy and decor of the room was nice. Buffet breakfast...
