Breakfast was good, they serve a buffet in the morning, the staff went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay and were very helpful. The hotel was in a good location and the facilities were clean.

Pretty good location, close walk to everything in old quarter Pretty tiny room and dirty. Mouldy shower curtain and really dirty light switches. Our window was to the stair well. We were on level 1 so all night could hear people in reception and all sorts of noises. We barely slept Average breakfast Friendly and helpful staff

I booked the Phoenix Palace Hotel last minute after arriving in Hanoi late at night. The hotel was in the perfect location, the hotel staff were friendly, and the room was clean and cozy. It was the perfect hotel in the best location.

Good choice have been done on travail to Hanoi and this hotel is very near from night market and some view spot. Around the hotel there are lots of good and delicious snack bar. At last, I really like the rice noodles.
