Nice hotel in oldtown area, all staff are nice they serving with heart. Very recommended hotel with value for money. Nice room. Good breakfast menu. Taxi cost from airport should be 400.000vietnam dong, on USD around 18dollar. Be careful with taxi, just ask fixed price when you go everywhere.

My boyfriend and I wanted to stay at a hotel with great location in the Old Quarter, and Phoenix Palace hotel was perfect for that. So central. They asked me via email (on the day of arrival) if I wanted a car pick up service from the airport (18USD one way) and I agreed. As soon as we arrived the...

Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed there for 4 night then left for Sapa. They kept our big suitcases locked up in a storage no charge. They organised our tour to sapa and Halong bay. Lucy and David are efficient and helped us a lot. The rooms are clean and the location is good. The staff really made our...

Staffs are enthusiastic and friendly. Good breakfast. Room is tidy and clean. Hotel is in Old Quarter and closes to most attractions. A little bit of noisy in the morning (car horns.) Highly recommend.

What a great hotel and magical staff!! Our group of 6 booked a package deal (highly recommended) for hotel stay and Halong Bay overnight cruise with airport transport. Firstly, the positives- the staff at the hotel were wonderful from the first email right through to last hugs before we said goodbye! Because it was the first leg of our trip...

Located in the old quarter, Phoenix palace hotel is newly renovated with facilities of a five star hotel. Great value for money and close to eating places and market stalls. Staff were exceptional, particularly Ms Tracey who helped us navigate our way around Hanoi and gave us handy tips. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Thank you...

Stayed here for 2 nights, for US$56 through booking.com. It was a 350,000VND ride from the airport. Location is good, in the old quarter, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel is fairly new, looks good. Room was good, quiet, clean, lots of hot water, TV, AC and fridge worked. Elevator worked. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good....

This hotel itself has great location (almost on foot) and quality of service (the staff is dedicated, competent, and efficient and meet all your transportation demands or sightseeing). The rooms are well equipped (safe, WI-Fi, TV and complimentary) and properly maintained. There are many hotels in Hanoi but the Phoenix probably offers one of the best values for money.
