Not an exaggeration-- the customer service we experienced at the Elegance Ruby far exceeded anything we've ever experienced! As soon as we checked in, we were greeted with delicious mango smoothies-- a nice treat after traveling-- and given a map with cultural spots and restaurants of interest. Very helpful. They arranged a tour for us to visit Ninh Binh, which...

Situation in the thick of it this hotel offers all that one needs for a couple of days sightseeing in Hanoi. Situated on a side street, the hotel is pretty quiet all things considered and very convenient location to explore the little back streets. The price through the Hotel website was very reasonable at US$49 a night, they will match...

In all my years of travelling I would have to say that the service I experienced while staying at this lovely boutique hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi would have to be the best!!!! From the very minute we arrived we were treated like "royalty" the beautiful staff genuinely wanted to ensure that we had the best stay possible....

This is a fantastic hotel on a quiet side street in the old quarter of Hanoi. It is very central with excellent customer service and attention to detail. Our wedding anniversary was during our stay, on arrival we found a cake in our room and rose petals scattered on our bed, a really lovely surprise. The breakfast was amazing with...

Stayed here for 1 short night as part of a whirlwind trip to Vietnam. This hotel exceeded my expectations on all levels. First, the hotel itself is nestled on a bustling 'side' street/alley in the middle of Hanoi. Hanoi is an electric place with sights/sounds/smells hitting you at every turn. When you enter the lobby here, you are immediately brought...

This hotel is a real gem! It is one of the best hotels I have stayed in – the service right from my first enquiry through to our stay was outstanding. We opted to pay for the hotel transfers, and I think this was a good decision. Hanoi airport is a bit of a distance from the hotel and the...

This is a lovely little hotel in a quiet street in the busy old quarter of Hanoi. The staff welcome you with a drink and a map to show you where you are, where to go, where to eat etc. they cannot do enough to help. We became especially friends with Hung who is very funny and a joy to...

Hotel entrance is in a small alley, but centrally located within easy walking distance to the lake and the cathedral. Very kind staff, clean and quiet room and very nice a la carte breakfast, all items freshly prepared. Would definitely pick this hotel again.

There's a reason why this hotel is at #2! All staff were great and very friendly. Top rooms. We arrived with intention of going to Ha Long Bay. Dan, the manager, offers us Bhaya cruises with the possibility of upgrading to the Au Co cruise liner....we debated it overnight as was more money than some of the other tours we'd...

Best value I have experienced to date. Very friendly staff in a great location. Breakfast was lovely and was freshly prepared and you could have as much as you wished. I would stay again in this hotel. Our room was a little small but overall was cozy.
