It was a please experience to stay for 4 nights in this hotel. Earlier my friend stayed there and advised me to stay there. I must say it was a right advice. All the staffs are very nice and friendly and ready to help at any time with a smiling face. Ms NGA was the most wonderful among them. She...

We have stayed at this Hotel several times and it gets better with every stay. Beyond a doubt the best most attentive staff of any hotel I have stayed at in the Hanoi area. Every request was taken care of immediately and with a genuine smile. Room was clean and maid service excellent. The reception people were always friendly and...

Highly recommend this hotel. Safe, clean, and friendly staff. Ended up adding another night stay because such great hotel for the price. Good location also. Centrally located and walking distance everwhere. Was on a relative quiet street. Would definitively stay there again and would tell friends to stay there. On site security and cameras for security. Good place for family...

Our first concern was the area as it was certainly not as nice as Saigon! The hotel presents well but has a consistent musty smell. Our room had no window and really stunk! We were given air freshener and a promise of a different room when we came back from Halong Bay. The room with the window was much better!...

We stayed here for 4 nights. Hotel is clean. Staff are friendly and attentive. The room we stayed in was on the fifth floor, and was quiet. The breakfast was adequate. For Hanoi it was good value at $30 a night.

This was our second stop over on a 17 week round the World holiday. The hotel looked a little down market at first sight, but it is situated in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Once inside that impression disappears. The staff are very helpful, although they are not 100% fluent in English, but then I can't speak Vietnamese, which makes...

Do not stay here - there are so many better options in this price bracket. I unfortunately booked for 2 nights arriving the first very late in the evening. Having pre-booked a hotel taxi pick-up my driver did not speak a word of english and the 'new hotel taxi' took did not start for some time costing $25 nearly $10...

Hotel room is a bit old but a very clean, room windows are facing wall. Helpful staffs & can communication in English. Very limited variety of foods on breakfast. Location in old quarter, mostly local grocery shop nearby, a bit far from lake by walking. Overall, a good hotel.

Absolutely no complaints, the room was spacious, clean and the staff were incredible. Helping us for a little over an hour in booking and reserving hotels along the coast of Vietnam, they fully deserve all credit coming their way. Highly recommended and affordable.

Staff was helpful as they specially prepared food to suit me as a senior citizen, as I was feeling unwell when I left singapore. I recover fast for my trip. In addition hotel is centralised with accessible facilities. I would stay there again during my next visit and would recommend to fellow traveller.
