Hotel is located near the cable car to Thien Vien Truc Lam. The room size is ok, but due to humidity, there was always smell in the room. I had dirty bed-linen. Breakfast was served from the menu and it was ok. The receptionist didn´t speak English very well and she seemed to be bored all the time. But we...

Room is quite ok and clean, but a litte bit noisy, terrible receptionist (especially a girl in day shift), actually the price wasn't cheap at all. I made a hotline call to complain many times but no one pick up. Very upset. Next time in Dalat never stay here again.

Very pleasant place on a hill with mountain view. This place is opposite Da Lat central bus station and thus convenient if going to use that. However this place is outside central Da lat and very remote. There's no dinner restaurant at the hotel and definitely not many options to dine in the neighbourhood. Forget about bars.

The hotel is located in the hill, but it just take few steps to go there from the street. The room quite clean and good in order. My room has mountain view, just open the door I can fall in the fresh air outside, I like a lot. Specially, in the morning the atmosphere made me so comfortable. Breakfast is...

This hotel is some kind strange. Its has completely no genius loci. Room was fine, clean with very comfortable bed, but we missed something like atmosphere. The staff does not speak english at all. They translate through google translator so it was impossible to solve any trouble with them. We stayed 3 nights and laundry was needed. One piece (also...

Nice setting hotel for the price, but guests need to becareful with low hygiene practice of this hotel as they dont change bedsheet and quitcover for new guest. I had to change 2 rooms and both had the same problem, so I insisted that they must change the bedsheet for me.

Was welcomed by a staff member that seemed tired. The staff the next day was very nice and service minded. Organised a motor bike rental for a fair price delivered to the hotel. The room was better than expected. Really nice and clean. Good placement right next to the bus station and not far from the cable car (walking distance)....

High on a hill and such a relief to escape the heat and turmoil of Saigon. Large room with two huge Queen size beds. .Scooters for hire on site. There in January and definitely 'Off Season'. They only did breakfast due to lack of clients - that was boring and nothing to shout about. However, glorious views over valleys and...

I'll give you the bad first, which honestly isn't all that bad. The reception desk speaks no english. Honestly they don't need to to be effective but it's very hard to ask everything with Google translator. The hotel really seems like it's in the middle of nowhere and is a 10 min drive to the city center with the market...

The hotel itself is nice, clean with beautiful view on mountains. however, because the location near the bus station and low price with large rooms, guests are terrible... Impossible to sleep, more noisy than the fish market, unbelieavable till midnight, aduls shooting louder then kids, sitting everywhere... And management doest give a care...
