Not only are the staff liars and cheats, but they threatened us with physical violence and surrounded us like schoolyard bullies. After confirming the room had hot water, we went up to our room only to find that it was stone cold. For those unfamiliar with Dalat - it can get VERY cold there. We then spent our entire one-night's...

LOUD LOUD LOUD, if you want a nice peaceful sleep after a nice peaceful day at the beautiful waterfalls or other attractions think again. Breakfast is a disgrace, unless you don't like to get served or like rude incompetent people everywhere. Pick this place, was my last resort because all other places booked out for TET.....

Fine in terms of location and room quality but service was not good at all The receptionist spoke very poor English and couldn't help us with checking up on our prebooked bus tickets. When we were discussing money however she was able to call her friend who spoke very good English! On our last morning we had to be up...

We stayed 2 nights in this busy hotel located on streets with heavy traffic, and without doubt the location must be one of the most hectic in Dalat. There were invariably a lot of people hanging around in front of the hotel. The hotel had been booked for us, otherwise we probably would have not considered to stay here. The...

We traveled to Dalat having had our travel agent book us into this hotel. Reading the reviews we were a bit apprehensive as they were not good. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find a brand new hotel. It looked as though it had just been finished as some things looked like they were finished in a rush. It...

The location of this hotel is unfortunately right on the busiest round about in Dalat which makes sleeping difficult if you don't have ear plugs. There is no air conditioning in the rooms and even though Dalat is a cooler place than most of Vietnam the glass front on the building makes the rooms pretty hot. The staff are particularly...

Cost was $20/night for a delux room. This is my 2nd visit to Thang Loi 1 Hotel and I'm very happy. It is a big room measuring over 4 meters sq. plus balcony overlooking the street. The bathroom has hot/cold running sink and enclosed shower. Everything is new and bright. They have motorbikes at $6/day. Very nice staff. Super Clean...
