This hotel is a reasonable price and the location is ok. However they have a real security problem. items went missing from our room and when we reported it to the police they told us they had lots of reports about this hotel and that the management just don't care. There are so many better hotels in the area.

We visited Pattaya after a very stressful start to our holiday then a lovely relaxing week in Koh Samui. We had never been to Pattaya and heard mixed things about it, as Nova Express had great reviews we were looking forward to our visit. When we arrived we were greeted very nicely and been told we had been upgraded as the rooms we booked were all taken, this was a nice gesture. When we got up to our floor we noticed straight away it was a smoking floor as we could smell stale cigarette smoke but we didn’t let it bother us. The room they had given us was very nice, clean and modern. When we went up to the pool there were only 2 sun-beds which nobody used as one had a huge hole in the middle and the other had seen better day, there were only 3 towels available to use which were tatty and full of holes, quite shocking consider how good the standard of the room was. We ran into an issue with our flight leaving Pattaya as Vietjet air (NEVER USE THIS AIRLINE) cancelled our flight and re-booked the next day without telling us. I started to panic as we had no hotel for the next night and was going to lose the funds in Vietnam for our next hotel visit. I asked the gentleman behind the desk to help us call them as it was in Thai, he took the phone and waited, as we were waiting an Indian family came wanting help, rather than the lady behind the desk helping them our gentleman left us and went to serve them, this was not the 1st time we had been walked away from to assist other ethnics instead so we felt a bit unappreciated. When the call centre answered we had to ask him to help us, he came back spoke with them quickly and hung up saying that our flight was rebooked and nothing they could do. My partner asked if he had asked if we could have a flight from Bangkok instead and he said “yes they not have”. I do speak basic conversational Thai and know that he did not ask anything about Bangkok. He then said we would have to call them back and press English option. After an hour and half on hold I had to go back and beg for more help. He did help but he didn’t seem as though he wanted to, my partner had to take over in the end has it caused my anxiety to go through the roof. The hotel rooms are nice, pool facilities/pool deck need massive improvement, staff friendly to you but will prioritise other ethnics 1st, lady behind reception a bit useless as she didn’t seem to be able to cope with any demands made from guests. Overall a good hotel however its about 10-15 mins from 2nd road and you need to grab a moto taxi at night fue to the gang of wild dogs thst yang around outside the hotel. Wifi in the room was por quality...that being said the room was very nice and rooftop pool also.

Had breakfast today at hotel Nova Express,Pattaya.Although a little variety for vegetarian, still service and stuff was too gud. A courteous staff and personalized services made all the difference, certainly a place worth getting good experience.

Booked 5 Tooms for 7 Nights total 35 nights. All good but only one big problem that they are serving same breakfast everDay. There is no north Indian food only few options. Had told to reception but no response from team. Still in Hotel 4 Nights left but same breakfast every day. Management should think about this seriously.

It’s nice room and the best location for Pattaya. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Also The breakfast was good and variety for all guests. Good and a decent place to stay. The only con I found is the location of the place. If u r someone who tries going to the hotel in frequent intervals. Then this place would be a downside to u, else this is one of the best places to stay. The hotel guys are responsive and helpful.

Very good hotel in the center of pattaya city. Beds were comfortable and Food was good. Surprising was the separate Indian snack menu which was available in the room. Food rates were reasonable too. Roof top pool is big and has some great views as u enjoy a swim or relax in the jacuzzi which can accomodate 6 7 people. Morning breakfast was good too. Lots of variety especially vegetarian options. Staff was responsive and courteous Overall stay was great!!

Best hotel in pattaya, they are very polite, helpful and very responsive to their customer. Room is very clean, big and very luxury. Location is at just city centre everything is near by. Very kind to all customer's problem, by mistake I made my booking in other month and my booking was non refundable, my travel agent deny for date amendment but when I talked to hotel directly they were very helpful and allow me to modified my date even this was against their policy, because they aim is satisfy and help their customer on every step and suitation. Awesome hotel don't go to negative reviews they are just exceptions
