I wanna thanks to the hotel staffs are help me feel at home. The room is clean, modern, the breakfast buffet is amazing. The hotel is on good location and easy access to another area in pattaya. Hope to stay again.

Stayed here for 6 nights. Fantastic stay clean rooms everyday and fresh water. the staff were very helpfull all day anytime. The location is very central close to the big c which is great for bits and bobs. Would highly reccomend.

I stayed here for a little over one week in April for just $20 per night with great air conditioning, a cold refrigerator, and a view down the street of the local neighborhood. My father has lived at Central Pattaya Residence for several years for about $180 per month. The building is safe and secure. He could leave for long periods of time and know that when he returned everything would fine. The bathroom in my room had discolored grout and could have used an upgrade but I was told that some of the other rooms had upgraded bathrooms but I chose to stay in my room anyway. A couple of the people at the front desk speak excellent English. The owner's daughter is sharp and manages the building exceptionally well. The location is great with Big C just down the street and Foodland around the corner. You could even catch the "baht bus" just a block away. There's even an orange cat named "Dao" who lounges around the front of the building. It was a fun stay in a Pattaya neighborhood.…

I have stayed @ Central Pattaya Residence for 2 Months. I loved the Hotel. This is a very good property for long stay as it is near to Big C Extra Shopping Mall, and Retails stores like Family Mart and 7Eleven Stores and hospitals and restuarants. I personnelly loved the hotel.
