Large spacious rooms, air conditioning when it is very hot, lovely large pool, very quiet area, near many small food stands with great Thai food to enjoy. Staff are very friendly and will go the extra mile to help you out. Motorbike taxi available near site.

This hotel is good with large rooms and a small balcony. Peaceful at night and no disturbance like other pattaya hotels with girls. Little far from but also very near if you find out the shortcut roads. Small swimming pool. Helpful reception. Only approach road is a problem because it is through a small colony. Stay worth for the money given. Only problem they do not change bedsheets every day.

The swimming pool is a big part of this hotel for me and the water feels great the rooms are good enough and spacious enough.located on third road. Crossing the third road isn't easy at the best of times to get to different areas this is why I felt location not the greatest

Good location if you want to sleep good at night. Rooms are big and bed is very comfortable also but don't expect much from their breakfast. Wifi was very good only the tv was mostly thai so its useless if you don't understand thai. Staffs were very friendly but i haven't tried their pool. Would definitely stay there again

Only paid $27AU a night so very good value. Staff good, and a good location. About 2-3kms from the beach. Not much of a restaurant if that matters to you, or room service. Nice rooms and bed comfortable also. Wifi was very good with some of the best speeds I have found in Thailand. Would def stay again.

Room Tip: Get a room away from the elevator as the wind would pass through making it a little noisy some...

For 600baht a night for a spacious and big double bedroom, this place must be one of the cheapest place to stay for a hotel. The Filipino staff who cooked my food for 2 days kept me socially connected. She's friendly and made me feel at home.

Was at that hotel last December , it was only opened last year , very impressed with the cleanliness of the room , room is very big , very friendly staff , swimming pool is lovely . Can't complain at all with this hotel , booked already for 25 th December to 31 st December this year . Only one problem is , there is a few stray dogs barking outside the Hotel entrance, bit nervous but nothing bitten , lol . Hopefully , they will be gone . I'm sure the hotel management will try to sort that out .

Stayed here for two months,January to March,...clean rooms, staff are mostly Philippino so no problem communicating with them,.....most times I had the pool to myself, and whilst there was shanty town right next to my corner room, I did not find the noise to be intrusive at all. The M Club next to the hotel is staffed with lovely hostesses, and shopping was a ten minute walk(3 minute motor bike) away. The rooms are big as far as hotel rooms, and I cooked in my room most days and no one complained. Bathroom was big with good shower water pressure as well. Flat screen tv, free wi-fi and adequately fast. Definitely would stay again,........liked the place.
