Clean, new, good location but weak to speak English and not sufficient breakfast style(mostly Indian foods). No western food available at all. some facilities such swimming pool share with City Hotel which is closed to Bravo.
This hotel have other propertie bravo. When you go to check in they will shift you in bravo and next day when you want check out they will show you some towels with colour and you will pay 1000 thai bath. Don't go in this hotel
I am travel operation in India all guest are not feel good in this hotel so ever go into the pattaya in this hotel. hotel is very very bad for Indian they are not supporting very very bad behavior with indian.
Booked the room, gitn promised to have the room ready at 12pm,still waiting at 2pm for the room. Dirty, black hair everywhere, breakfast opens 1h late, yells at you sitting in wrong room, even though no other room open. Can't take coffee into lobby or outside wrong breakfast room. Typical e east-Asian non-welcoming attitude. What a start into the new year.
It s easy to get to Walking street(10m by walk), the 7 eleven store s next to the hotel. The bellman helpful upon check-in but the Front desk s not friendly at all. They keep sitting & looking at the screen when we try to ask some questions. You have to go to the reception to take the wifi pass & have to wait until 7am the next day if u have some problems w the safety box ( it s locked when we checked in)
Don't ever book this hotel.. charged 300 baht for a small stain on napkin.. and 1700 baht for newly married couple.. indians don't go for this hotel.. welcome plaza would be the best option for you.. staff was very nice.. no doubt
Booked a sea view room but on arrival was given a claustrophobic boxy room.Swimming pool was under repair.Walls not sound proof can hear toilet flushing noise of the next room.Could hear in the room bizzare noise of air venting out of pipe lines, bathroom needs To be renovated.Last but the least ,front office staffs were Rude and ill-mannered .Nil proficiency in English, Every time had to contact the front office manager . Breakfast was pathetic meant for Chinese group tourists. Only good point is that the hotel is located in a prime location, walkable distance to all main attractions...
Stayed here in september, pool shut despite still being advertised as a book perk Breakfast freezing cold Safe didnt work Noisey Dirty rooms Staff rude We checked out & have an email from the hotel promising a refund yet despite 20 emails to them asking for the refund they ignore all communication Beach also 35 min walk away. Street outside dark and dangerous
This is budget hotel rooms are well maintained and pics shown in the website matches same. Here most of the tourists from china will stay. Receptionist and room service persons are coordial and supportive but they are not well acquainted in english (if ask any query in english they will murmur in local language sometimes irritates tourists). Coming to restaurant morning buffet (charges 200bhat) is present most of the items are thai dishes ( for indians difficult to adjust). Bar also available. *any stains in the bedsheets will charge 800bhat so be carefull. This hotel is nearer to walking street and near by market, it is located in silent location. More over experience is nice.
We are a group of 10 people who stayed 1 night in this hotel. Our rooms were full of cigarette smell when we arrival. After we made complaints to reception they gave another room which was better smell than the first room. At night time, it was very noisy from the room next door as the room wall is thin. Our group couldn't sleep well on that night. Shift leader of Reception was unhelpful on the next day when we asked her to contact our Travel agents concerning about the bookings. She refused our requests even showing her finger to us. She must attend the customer service training from hotel management board The good point of this hotel is near the walking street and some convenient stores.
