this is a excellent hotel .staff very good .easy reach of beach and shops .and night life can walk most places .and very quite .clean room every day .so would recommend it to stay ,there ,motor bike taxis round corner of hotel and taxi rank opposite side of road if needed .

Pluses: Good location (near Royal Gardens mall), acceptable wifi, big room, a few phone charging points in the room, rooms look dated, receptionists are quite friendly, affordable self-service laundry shop just outside the hotel Minuses: Deposit only in cash - THB1000, no breakfast (but food easily found in the vicinity), no separate shower area - so the entire toilet floor will be wet, room is quite expensive for Pattaya given the limited amenities within the hotel, no fruits allowed in the hotel, plenty of mosquitoes outside the hotel AND one or two mosquitoes in the hotel room, very small lobby, noisy aircon in the room, toilet has no water spray.

Good hotel. Nice Swimming pool. Only thing is you won't get food even a tea in the hotel. Location near to the beach. Still silent area. Nice Thai food nearby. You can get tuktuk from the hotel road to the beach road. But since it becomes one way in a long run while returning you may get confused so be careful. I missed the usual route and went on a wrong way. And spent more amount unnecessarily. So be careful.

Very Very Nice Little gem away from crazy streets of Pattaya... Really liked the hospitality of this place.. Front desk, owner, staff everyone was soo good... They have total 3 properties in nearby area.. Highly recommended for couples

This is quite simply a great little hotel which is very central and convenient for all the amenities that Pattaya has to offer. The staff are very helpful and friendly well worth a visit and great value for money
