Great hotel! Responsive, helpful staff, very kind and attentive! The hotel is only a year old, completely full of Russian tourists! Free wifi around the entire perimeter of the hotel, there were no comments on its quality. Cleaned every day. Everything is clean and tidy, furniture and other things are new. Downstairs is the pool. All shops, cafes, city center within walking distance!

We were in this hotel in April of 2018. This hotel is in a really wonderful place, because of you can get to all places really quickly, but the hotel is located in quiet place. In 2 minutes from hotel placed line for tuc-tucs, so for about 5-10 minutes you can get to Walking Street and malls in left side and to Jomtien Night Market in right side, also in 20 minutes of walking placed Pattaya Park beach. The room is very clean and has interesting design and comfortable bed. The staff is very polite and smiley. The air conditioning didn't work on first day, but it was fixed very quickly. If you decide to stay here, you can present a marshmallow for hotel's owner, he will be happy)) Tasty breakfast, but not too various. The Internet worked all time that we were here, but speed was rather low. Pool is good for rest in the evening after the heat is over. The most important advantage of this hotel is place. Because you can get everywhere fast enough, but here is quiet, so you can have a good sleep. I recommend, really good hotel for budget vacation, if you are going to walk a lot and not sit in the room all the time)))

Awful attitude from the management: one day I heard noise outside the room and when I looked though the peephole I saw that manager was aggressively showing middle fingers to my door. In a couple hours he was smiling to me. If you don't respect your clients, don't work in a hotel. Shame on your management if you allow and encourage such behavior. (by the way this manager was not alone in the hall, he was with the rest of the crew from reception and they were smiling). Still, if you don't care that people in this hotel disrespect clients, here is review. Room: small but clean. No closet and balcony (rooms with balcony only on 4th and 5th floor), my clothes was always wet. Cleaning: good, everyday new towels, shampoo and soap. Food: quite good despite it was always the same. Sometimes chicken was too spicy but still tasty. Location: 20 minutes walk to peer, same time to Jomitien beach, Walking street - 15 minutes walk. The area is quite, no complaining about the noise from the street.

Staff is kind. They try to explain things on the map with not too much success. The rooms are great, nice shower, the AC bit too strong. The only bad thing is on our last night there was a big explosion and all the electricity gone for about an hour. It’s next to the main road where you can catch the 10 baht bus. There you can find streetfood nearby. I would come back again Recommend

Stayed here for 2 nights. And would recommend this hotel for a budget traveller who likes some comfort. Nice pool, friendly staff, clean large room with a balcony and view to the city. All for 700 baht. 100 meters to the main road where baht busses run all night. Close enough to the city but in a quiet location with parking.

If you are travelling on a budged this is a perfect hotel for you. Nothing fancy or luxurious but super clean. Good location - in the middle of beach road and Jomtien. Just a 5-7 mins ride on Sankeo. Staff is polite and helpful. This hotel could be an expensive boutique hotel with a bit of imagination. It has the potential. As far as we understoon it is run by a family that works here. You can find all the ammenities in the room that you need except a wardrobe - that was strange. Pool is clean and has a decent deptht. Very cosy garden with sunbeds. Breakfast- meeh... But cheap minibar and drinks in the reception. As I mentioned it can be a really nice and expensive boutique hotel if owners would change the interior and exterior. Overall, Thank you for a cozy stay!! (+) Good location Friendly staff Clean rooms Nice pool and garden Quiet location Supermarkets nearby Decent WiFi (-) No wardrobe Hard matress Interior could be more creative Uncomfortable to use the sink

Hotel falls behind of being classified as 3 star..the room windows are not closing and they let some insects inside...but outside in the backyard nice view yard but unfortunately infested with mosquitoes and their pool is acceptable but you had to BRI g your own towels...but the positive thing is the WiFi in the rooms as many other places does not provide this option...it is far from the beach and good 25 to 30 minutes walking to the beach but if you rent a scooter things can get easier...the other good thing you can never miss the hotel from the main street as it is the only building in Pattaya that is painted green and the owner has efficient type lights in the room...but the view from my room was spectacular...and when we come about the price for the room is good about $ 17-19 wouldn't appreciate one cent more...if you know what I mean and the reception does not look at all like a hotel ...but they have a friendly ladyboy at the reception who speaks English...have a good stay and everywhere you go there is 7 eleven...very good

I booked this hotel based on TripAdvisor ratings and it lived up to the reviews. The check in was lighting fast and the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth. Though I came early before the check in time, the staff didn't make a fuss about it and I was given the room instantly. The room was super clean, not a very big room though, but it's worth every penny. The hotel is located 100 mts off the busy Thappraya road, (the road to Wiz hotel is an elevated one, you can refer Zing hotel as a landmark to the local taxi/auto drivers to reach Wiz hotel). The room was cleaned every day and was provided water bottles each day. The swimming pool was small but clean. It's about 10 minutes drive away from Walking street. Sleep quality was top notch, it's surrounded by residential area, very quiet. We tried lunch (Thai) one day and it was not disappointing. There is also a Mexican restaurant (Mike's restaurant) opposite the street of Wiz hotel. Family mart and pharmacy is walk-able from Wiz. So, overall I had a happy stay.
