This is a nice hotel. A little old and ragged around the edges but it does what you want it to. The rooms are spacious and, if you ask for a sea view you will enjoy the vista. Nice big pool and a seafood buffet which is delectable....on the cheap side but then also nowhere near the strip, I would recommend this place for families.

Beautiful garden, well created with shaped trees and many assorted flowers. Nice swimming pool with variate deep. Good towels and many sun beds. Short way to the nice sanded beach. In evening light, everything looked amazing. Small golf course on the entrance side.

The day we arrived , the light in the hallway does not work and it takes very long to call engineer to fix it. We book rooms for 3 people , but got only 2 breakfast coupon. Once we request 1 more, the receptionist lady informed us that you do not need more coupon , the restaurant will automatically know that your room entitled 3 people for breakfast. Imagine ! In the morning I spent more than 10 minutes to sort this problem with the restaurant. I ll never go back there again.

Pretty bad. *Chipped paint on the bathroom door. *There’s a charge if you want to borrow a plate or utensils from their dining room. Huh? *If you want to iron a shirt, forget it. They don’t have an iron available for you to use. I mean, REALLY? This joint/DUMP calls itself a Four-Star Hotel. Again, REALLY?? What ‘Four-Star’ Hotel has chipped paint on its bathroom door walls and does not have an iron for guests to use, let alone CHARGES customers to borrow plates and utensils from their restaurant? WHAT A JOKE. Skip this place masquerading as a hotel. You’ll be glad you did. Believe me.

We had intended to stay here for 4 nights but cutting it to 2. While the grounds are very nice and the pool and garden areas are very nice, everything else is set in a bygone time. The rooms, while large are so dated and worn. They haven't had a good clean in a while. Outside my window is cigerete buts and they look like they've been there for a while. The check in was slow and for some reason they insist on a 1000 bhat deposit before handing me my key card. There's a number of restaurants around the property but I won't be trying any as I don't trust the hygiene here.

True to the description, it is a huge beach-front property. We stayed in the Superior Room with Sea View on the 7th floor. The views of the sea were simply magnificent. The in-house cafe serves excellent Thai as well as sea food. The room was quite spacious and bed and AC were really comfortable. The property is huge with large open areas to walk and the private beach, just a few steps down is beautiful and clean. There were lots of restaurant and 7Elevens close to the hotel. However, some facilities in the room are old. The bathroom shower was faulty and the controls of AC are archaic and inside one of the bed-side tables. The Cliff Top Seaside restaurant was closed on most of the days we stayed.
