We will never come back to this restaurant! We had ordered food in the sea view restaurant. It was not busy, only a few tables occupied. My husband ordered a bacon pasta with garlic and oil and I ordered a Thai meal; fried chicken with cashew nuts. After about an half hour my husband's food arrived. It was a nasty looking spaghetti carbonara. We had already decided never to go back here. so we just left it like that. After my husband had enough after a few bites , my food still wasn't there. About 50 minutes I asked where my food was. We start with it now was the answer. We immediately canceled it. During our waiting time one of the cooks was sneezing 2 times without holding his hand in front of his nose. And we saw more things that we didn't like , it was an unprofessional hassle in the kitchen. The poor treatment of our food was not an exception . For instance ; with other guests, the plates with among other things, the fries were waiting on the counter for about 10 minutes. When paying they were apparently dissatisfied because we got about 40 coins of 1 baht change back. Our visit may have been at an unfortunate time, but in the future we will go back to our beloved restaurants and luckily there are enough of them!

The location is good - all the stores and salons are very close, the beach is just a minute walk. The territory is green and cozy, the deluxe room is nice but you can clearly hear every word people say in the rooms next to you, the bathroom is in an awful condition. Also, the hotel tolerates its guests’ bad behaviour towards me and demands me to pay extra money to change my room. I’m Ukrainian and my neighbours turned out to be rusians. They get drunk af all the time, snore and behave awfully to me. I told the staff that I don’t want to live next to people from rusia and they proposed me another room where both neighbours are rusians. Seriously ? There is one free room without such people and I have to pay extra to move there. I already paid for my room which doesn’t have things that have to be there - no Wi-Fi, the hairdryer isn’t working properly, the shower is in an awful condition, mold all over the ceiling, clogged sink. Absolutely no privacy in the bathroom - the door is made of wood and has plenty of decorative holes in it. So if you are looking for a good stay, better choose another hotel where the staff cares about their guests, values your privacy and is ready to help you

While there are plenty of more modern high-rise hotels in this area, it's refreshing to find a more traditional Thai style resort in this area which hasn't sold out to the big developers. The resort stretches back from the beach road and has lovely large rooms or suites set on either side of a green area which includes a number of gazebos where you can relax, have a drink or snack, and even a slide for the kids about half-way up the garden area. The rooms themselves are not new and in some places you'll find a bit of wear and tear, but overall the size is great. We had a Junior suite which has a separate living room area, dressing area, and we opted for 2 pretty good sized beds for the 4 of us (2 kids). The bathrooms probably need a spruce up but for what you pay, it's pretty good value. The swimming pool near the road is clean and popular - if you don't like crowds, best avoid the time between 16:00 and 18:00. The pool stays open late, too, so don't be surprised to see people splashing about after 21:00. But as it's away from the rooms, no one is disturbed. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect is the breakfast. Don't expect a wide choice of food. Only watered-down orange juice, cornflakes, and two rice dishes, one or two noodle dishes, and a stir-fry is about all you'll get. There's an egg station but they only provide fried eggs, nothing else. There's some sushi, which is a slight redemption, but coffee is instant and in a massive keg, so no points for that. If you're fussy about having a decent breakfast, there are a couple of cafes not too far away. If you don't mind what you get, and are happy with just a few Thai dishes, then you'll be fine. The service overall is good. We needed extra towels for the kids and a couple of other things and they brought them straight away. The restaurant and bar area is also pretty good and so is the food. One point dropped for the breakfast but if you fancy a more traditional Thai type experience, this is a really good place to stay.

This is not a 5star chain hotel. But everything you would expect from a hotel of this style is very good. Check in was quick and efficient, even made a fuss of our small dog. There is a golf cart type buggy to get to the rooms if u don’t have a car. The car parks are quite small so do fill up quickly WiFi in the room was OK, TV channels not so good but don’t want to spend time in the room anyway. Opposite the hotel is a beach where u can hire chairs and umbrellas for the day at a reasonable price. The hotel is at the far end of Jomtien so quite, but that means not too many taxis or baht buses passing. Will stay here again if we have the dog with us

Natural Park Resort is as close to perfection as it can be. Lovely apartments, clean, comfortable and a joy to stay in. Staff are first class in everything they do. The extensive gardens are lush and a delight to walk around. Food at the restaurants tastes delightful and they serve one of the best breakfast buffets you will find. This really is a hidden Gem of a resort. Fabulous holiday

I would classify this as a boutique-style concept for the discerning traveller weary of geographically anonymous and towering five-star edifices defined by glitz, brand and swankiness, who would prefer a low-rise resort with an architecturally eclectic cluster of detached buildings ( from teak Lanna-style chalets reminiscent of old Chiangmai to a Bavarian villa) configured to accommodate any size of group or budget, and all nestling within a proliferant tropical garden with two peacocks and an aviary. The beach is just across the road where baht buses at 10 baht per person per ride will take one into the heart of Pattaya. This resort is in Jomtien, the sedate and more residential suburb of Pattaya known for its peaceful vibe, cleaner beaches as well as the famous seafood restaurants at its southern end. There are at least three 7-11s or Family Marts within 500 metres of the resort, the nearest being less than a hop and skip away. The resort compound has its own spa, small shop for trinkets and souvenirs, travel agency, beautiful pool and cafe restaurant on a slightly elevated terrace overlooking the sea. And there are beach buggies to take one to different parts of the resort if the weather proves too inclement for traipsing through the garden and enjoying the wealth of flora. And to top it all, prices are incredibly reasonable for this oasis of calm.

The staff did not welcome us well because of our small Dog ( 6 kg) but we had informed the nin time of its presence by email adding even a picture. They don’t like dogs and also spied us inside our room. Never had such an experience before!

We stayed at the resort on 8-9 April, in a house of 3 bedrooms. The resort is closed to a nice beach, so the location is good. Receptionists and Reservation staffs gave us good service, especially Khun Lyn who took care about our booking. Anyway, F&B staffs were a bit rude and did not have enough product knowledge. The hostess just sat in front of the restaurant to check which room we stay in. She did not know the room numbers in our house (B3), and another male staff talked with us impolitely with bad face. Service of the restaurant (ABF) were bad with slow food filling in line buffet & not enough equipments (like glass or spoon), even there were not so many guest in that day. The facility in the resort was nice. They have massage, nice outdoor pool, and fitness. As well, they allowed pet to stay with us.

For the Chinese New Year we had only 3 days and 2 nights vacation time this year. From Bangkok where i stay it takes hardly 2 1/2 hrs to reach there. Upon arrival we were greeted with 4 receptionist and as we were checking in we met the GM Mr. Jakkaphan Prasaja ( or Mr. Pook)...a very pleasant gentleman , and when i asked the receptionists how r the rooms the 4 replied in one chorus.....GOOOOOOOOD. and the bathrooms? GOOOOOOODDD and breakfast ? GOOOOODDDD.? How about mosquitoes? Yes maybe one or two !!!!! Sure enough they lived up to their word....we had taken the family villa with 3bed rooms and one sitting room....the rooms especially the lower floor and the upper floor were quite big and the middle room was good enough...the golf cart taking us to our villa was good the service excellent and the atmosphere , garden. the natural greenery, the trees and all this just across the street to the beautiful blueness of the sea and the sandy beach....the breakfast true to their word was good too...only thing missing was cereal ....otherwise perfect....well i will end with one word here with my compliments to Mr. Pook.......... verrryyy GOOOOODDDDDD.... Dalip, my wife Satvinder ,.and 4 more of my family members
