We stayed here for 15 nights over Christmas and New year. We had a deluxe garden view room which was at one end of the pool and seconds away from reception and breakfast. We were met by the manager on arrival. I loved the way the management were always around if needed, and not sat in a back office. All staff were very helpful and friendly.
The room was had the usual amenities, Safe, kettle, tv, only shower gel on the wall and soap in the way of toiletries. The room was cleaned daily but a few times the coffee tray was left untouched so coffee not topped up, but we had taken our own so no problem.
The pool was amazing, and even though we were there peak period we always managed to get a bed. Lots of areas with jacuzzi sections. Lots of umbrellas for the shade.
We didn't use the buffet as we ate out each night, but breakfast was so civilised. No rush to get a table, no queues for food, coffee pot brought to table or you could order lattes, etc if preferred. Plenty of food to choose from. The egg chefs were great, we would order our omelette or poached eggs and they would bring it over if not ready straight away.
If we were to go back to Pattaya i would definately stay here again.

We wanted a hotel in Thailand with a real Thai feel about it , and that is exactly what we received . The staff are all Thai with a wonderful attitude and cannot do enough to make your stay memorable . A large number of the clientele would be German , but there are a good number of international guests also , and we found a good feel about the place , everyone were mixing well , and English was spoken . We had a room with a balcony. , which we found very comfortable , with a good view of the pool . Now talking about pools I have seen pools all over the world ,but this one is huge , and set out in a beautiful setting , it’s certainly the main highlight of the hotel Resort . Saturday night is an event not to be missed a good buffet at a good price with music thrown in for the price , you will need a big appetite !! From our experience , all great business , starts with good management , and the owners of this hotel resort are very much hands on , and you notice this by there interaction with there guest , and they obviously know what their guests want in a holiday , and a hotel . More hotels should take note !! So our final words on the Thai garden resort, is as follows , do you want a holiday where you will find total relaxation , a good atmosphere, and when you enter the resort from all the hustle and bustle of pattaya , it’s a different world ? ?? And to end my review , this is a real resort worth a visit , we came back a second time , the first time for 2 weeks , the second time for 4 weeks WELL THAT SAYS IT ALL !!!!!!!

Located just a stone’s throw away from the Terminal 21 mall, this resort also houses the Austrian and German joint consulates.
Rates are reasonable and there is a fairly large swimming pool. Breakfast is a mix of western and Thai local cuisine. A vast majority of the hotel guests are Germans, non-English speaking Europeans of the pensioner crowd. The rooms are pretty large however appear tl be badly in need of upgrading and refurbishment. The split unit air condtioners are in poor working condition and could hardly keep the large room comfortably cool in the hot and humid Pattaya weather.

Stayed here for three nights. This is a big resort, but it never felt crowded although it was almost fully booked during our stay. Very good location and easy to get around.
Room was not modern, but everything worked except from the wifi. Wifi worked well in the communal areas, but not in our room which was as far away from the reception area as you can get.
The main attraction is the pool. Never a problem to find sunbeds. The breakfast was good and excellent service throughout the resort.

Visited for the Saturday Night Buffet on 2 occasions.
The first visit was mainly German and Thai food. Second was predominantly Italian and Thai.
Starters a good, main courses a bit limited and desserts very good. Few of the Thai dishes appealed to me and the western food isn’t extensive.
Problems are service. On second occasion I was given a table and a place mat provided. After around 5 minutes selected some starters (a number of items were missing waiting to be replenished). Still unable to eat as no cutlery provided. Eventually attracted the attention of a member of staff who provided cutlery from another table. and was also able to order a drink.
Most of the Italian pasta dishes were awaiting refilling. Had to ask staff to do this.
Overall fair considering the 499Bht price.
Very busy and a bit chaotic at times.
Not convinced about visiting again due to poor service, poor/limited selection of main dishes and failure to replenish food promptly.
A nice location with parking available.
Could be worth 4-5 stars with a bit more attention and management oversight.
I look forward to indications things have improved.

Great staff very helpful. Food is very good and prices low for a resort. Swimming pool is large and relaxing with many spa options. Very peaceful if you just want to hangout on room balcony. Nightlife about a kilometer away so you're not getting any loud noises at night.

Thoroughly enjoyed stay in Thai Gardens. Staff wonderfully polite and helpful from start to finish of 10 day stay. Room was basic as resort little older than some but bed large and comfortable. Everything in good order. Pool is huge and easy to secure sunbed although July has higher rainfall so hotel quieter. Guests mainly Germans or Asians from range of countries. Breakfast was good with sufficient choice. Bar prices very reasonable. Location, as said, close to Terminal 21 which has huge range of shopping and eateries but bit more expensive. Resort is quiet day and night. Short walk to beach. Overall, a good standard of a accommodation that represented value for money.

Very welcoming and helpful staff from the minute you arrive. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and we’re totally satisfied. Large rooms with all amenities.
Good buffet breakfast. A La carte for lunch or dinner extremely well priced with many choices.
Excellent pool and surrounds, pool bar which can provide snacks and drinks.
I had difficulty hooking on to Wi-Fi but their tech man sorted it with ease.
Would definitely stay again.

We do have vegetarian food on our buffets, additionally we have a menu with vegetarian food. Around the corner (5min walk) you will find an Indian restaurant named: “AnnapurnA Restaurant”, you can visit their website for more information. Furthermore, there are a lot of Indian Restaurants in Pattaya. Thank you very much

Free WiFi is available in all hotel areas, such as pool, restaurant, lobby and rooms. Welcome drink will be any kind if fruit juice, served upon check in.

Please specify "Basic Room" we do not have this room type, therefore in-room amenities are different. You can book excursions to all major sides in and around Pattaya here in the hotel. Fares and prices are depend on the excursion. We offer an international breakfast buffet which also includes vegetarian food. We do not have Indian food.
