Nice hotel, clean, not new but not run down either, wifi was decent. Staff friendly and polite; no problem getting 1000 baht deposit back at check-out. Only real complaint is there are no 'Clean room/Do not disturb' signs to hang on the door, so when the cleaners come they just bang on the door every time. Gets annoying if you want to sleep in late and don't require cleaning. The cleaning staff are very nice though and do a good job. Reception only open 8am til 8pm, no one to take a copy of ID after that time - but at this price I cannot complain. They will, however, arrange a member of staff to stay late if you require a late check-in.

Hotel is not too bad. Lobby is very big but no air conditioning. Room were big with a small balcony but the view was not good. The cleaning of the room was done very late some days and it is not thoroughly cleaned. Under the bed they have not cleaned in years. Hotel has a nice pool to relax. Hotel is a bit far from nightlife but just outside hotel is lots of motorbike taxis that can get you quickly were you want to be. The wifi was poor.

Nice place. For some it might be a little far away from the action but I like the quiet and privacy. Staff is really cool and friendly. Make use of the local laundry and places to drink and eat.I for sure recommend.

Currently here on a 3 week break. - Room cleaned every day - Room spacious - Reception staff friendly - Nice and quiet at night - Pool small but clean and decent enough - Will stay here again if I return here 👍🏼👌🏽

Stayed here for 11 nights with my 15 year old daughter and was pleasantly surprised. The staff don't talk much and seemed a little ignorant but I can only presume this was due to them being busy. The rooms were impeccable, nicely decorated and cleaner that anywhere I've stated before. Beds and towels changed everyday and the young lad cleaning the room really did a very thorough job. The same enthusiasm wasn't given by the female cleaners though! Air con in the room was new with the box on the balcony, which a little uncomfortable if you wanted to stand on the balcony when it was on. You need your security key to get in on an evening which is reassuring, and although the hotel is down a back street we felt really safe, and my daughter able to walk to shop a minute away in her own without any hassle. Also with motorbike taxis just outside, and the Bht bus a short walk away, getting about was really cheap and easy. The only downfall is the pool area, very small with only a few sun loungers you did have to go to the pool early to get a place. But in all fairness, there was only 1 day out of 11 that I didn't get a bed so it wasn't a problem. The beach is easier to get to by motorbike taxi and will only cost you 40 bhts but will take around 20 mins to walk to if you know your way around. Food land and big c are close by, with a few bars and food vendors in walking distance but this hotel is slightly away from the hussle of the bars and therefore is perfect for a family holiday. Very good value for money and another place I would not hesitate in staying again when we go back to pattaya. …

One of the cheapest around the Pattaya area. I was thinking it would be a bit scummy and nothing like the photos. Instead I was blown away, the bed was lovely, big shower area, balcony, air conditioning, mini fridge, TV, big wardrobe, clean all around the room, it really has everything we could have asked for! Even got fresh fruit in our fridge every day! About a 15 minute walk to the beach, but not minded at all as its in such a quiet area. No dogs barking all night long, what a relief! Lovely front of house staff warm and welcoming, and overall incredible value for money! Will 100% stay again and recommended to all!

The Right Residence deserves more than 2 stars. It is brand new, very clean (bed sheet have been changed three times during my 9 days stay). Hotel features big rooms with en suite bathroom, stable wifi, a fridge with daily complimentary fresh fruit and water, a cute swimming pool, a private parking for your bike (ask at the reception for a very reliable bike rental). Location is extremely quiet at night, at the intersection between central Pattaya road and Chaloem Phrakiat. The Staff is always smiling and professional. I will surely come back.

I have stayed here for one week. I had a very clean and nice room at the 4th floor. Very friendly staff and they clean the room every day. very quite area. The pool is small but clean. Nice to have a swim in. I recommend this hotel to evrybody !!!

After reading glowing reviews of the hotel,I must say I wasnt greatly impressed. Friendly front desk staff who welcomed me with orange juice.but horrible cleaning staff who made me feel like I owed them something just to have the room cleaned. Well past 2:30 pm and the room wasnt cleaned. I called to tell them,no need..I just need my ration of water,not even towel as I could use the spare. The staff came,no smile..nothing. For the 6nights I stayed there,cleaning staff couldn't manage a smile even when given one. Shame. The room was average size,I initially wanted to stay a monthly rate. I was lucky I didnt. For someone who wants to a long stay,the room only had one small drawer. Storage space suited short term stay guests. The pool was kept clean. The staff who didnt greet me on the first day saw me entering the pool area and shouted at me across the pool. I thought that was rude as she annoyed the other guest who was sleeping. Confusion sorted out,she apologised to me but not the annoyed guest. I feel more smiles,courteous behaviour needed from the staff here..there are many other places in Pattaya to choose from if they aren't careful.…

I stayed there in February 2015 for two nights. The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. It comes with a safe, television, fridge, ac, chairs and table. WiFi is available all arround and free of charge. The speed is really good. The staff is attentive and friendly. The room rate was arround 20 US a night and a very good value for the money. The pool is clean but there are only a few sunbeds so you have to be lucky to find a space. It was a good stay and I would go there again.
