Decided to stay here again after about a work year hiatus. I am glad I did return too. The staff at this hotel are excellent. I have stayed at many hotels in my years and none have staff as friendly or staff that want to greet or say hello to you. Really impressive and a big shout out to Pong who was the maid that cleaned my room daily who was also amazing! The rooms are nice, good size but maybe just a bit dated now. Again though, everything clean and everything worked perfectly. Check in was easy and great and I was lucky enough to have my room ready early which was greatly appreciated. The pool is a great big size and staff around the pool again excellent. I just can’t understand how the pool is always cold. Overall this was a great hotel, staff really are their biggest asset and location is perfect. Loved this place and will return.…

My go to place for excellent service! Smiles and familiarity everywhere. I think I gained a few pounds from the Shack and Cafe. The young lady at check in started our holiday with a smile. You cannot go wrong here. Great for solo, couple and family travelers.

Lovely hotel, great staff, fantastic breakfast, fantastic pool. Across the road from the beach ( average beach ) a bit pricey and cocktails taste of nothing other than fruit juice. Overall a very good hotel in the heart of pattaya.

Old Hotel though convenient. Better options around. Check in process too slow as it took about 20 minutes to check in 6 rooms under my booking. Room toilet facilities was old and water pressure was weak to my liking.

It was pleasant stay at HRC Pattaya. Stayed there for 3days 2 night. Staff were friendly and efficient. Every request was attended very quick. Room is so spacious with comfy bed. There is also halal section for muslim for their breakfast. swimming pool is huge and have playground in it. my kids really enjoying it. Overall i am satisfy with this stay and recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about the HR Hotel Pattaya. The staff is friendly and awesome. The rooms are huge and clean. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever had. Thank you HR Hotel staff for making it such a wonderful experience.
