The hotel is a superb,quiet resort in a hectic city.Perfectly located between 2nd road and beach road,but so tranquil, with a great pool area,with loads of comfy beds and towels. All the staff in all the hotel were awesome,but I have to mention,the poolside bar staff,especially,Art,Bank,Petch, two young guys without badges,and especially Kwang,who was always so cheery,and made fantastic bloody Mary’s. Housekeeping by Porn was top notch,everything changed daily. The ONLY,small imperfection,was the access to the shower,very tricky for older people to have to climb up onto bath then step down into bath for a shower, hope the hotel addresses this,as it’s a health and safety issue ,but wouldn’t stop us returning,or recommending this resort!

It really good to be back!! Good vibes and feeling like home. I came to Pattaya for a holiday and car event. Avani location really makes me easy to get around. The parking area is super safe. All crews here are so professional and well trained. I met K'Pui whom really explained me the benefit I got from new royalty program. K'Arm whom finished my check in super fast. Also such a warm welcome by K'Ploy K'Top K'Chun K'Mhoo K'Nissy. Nice drink+ FishnChips by K'Orm too! Specially to K'Tao and K'Ploy whom delivered me back to my room when I was too overjoyed by Benihana's gorgeous food and drink. Actually during one of my visit I was so amaze with Avani Pattaya standard of care for customer, during the curfew period I was walking by the bay and get back late near the curfew time. K'Tao and K'Ong whom taking care of the gate came looking for me. Seems like they counted the customer whom left the hotel gate and check that they were back safety! Avani do bring their standard to another level. After all I wanna say thx for such a please stay. Highly recommended!!…

What a great location, central, and easy to get around. The open air lobby and decor is 5 star. Love the pool in the middle of the property. The views - well the views are outstanding. Front desk staff and everyone super nice, super helpful.....5 stars all the way!

The Avani Pattaya was beautiful place to stay for my trip. Driving up to the hotel it does not look as expansive but when you enter the hotel’s lobby, the hotel opens up. The staff was always friendly and kind. The grounds are spectacular. The rooms were slightly dated but clean and spacious. What I appreciate as an American, were the wash cloths. Most hotels in South East Asia that I traveled to, do not supply washcloths, just bath and face towels. I usually bring my own, but to have in stock, gave me additional options. Avani attached to a mall and the beach is across the street. I love this place and cannot wait to go back.

Awesome location right across the beach. Centralized location, with the baht bus making everything in town easily accessible. Breakfast was fantastic -- I had a different thai curry every morning. Will definitely be back when I have the chance

Great location. The hotel was very beautiful and surprisingly quiet with how close it is to Beach Road. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Best breakfast buffet I've ever had. 5/5 is selling it short, will definitely be back!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The the location was amazing, right across from pattaya beach, connected to the mall and a short Walk to walking street. Hotel staff were amazing. Breakfast buffet would be very hard to beat and pool was great

Not suitable for children, guest and staff need monitoring. Activies within the hotel need checking, did inform Hotel but unfortunately the Manager did not seem to want to talk to me about this after I sent an email to him with my grievance.
