cant praise this hotel enough. Was not sure until I arrived but I have to say the pool was great, the staff especially the breakfast staff and cleaners were amazing. The location was ideal for Supertown gay walking street ( if that's your thing) and I have already booked to come back on my next trip next early next year. Gym was small but functional, who goes that often on holiday anyways. Close to the beach with lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Baht bus passes pretty much straight outside too.

We have stayed many times at zing resort ,all the staff are very good and friendly and place is clean, swimming pool has sunbeds and plenty towels to use and is clean , however beds are on hard side

30 Years i come here. Now my last stay. Nice Room, but it feels now, to sleep in a Night club. Pool area, smell , 2 days on my Balkony . Location is Great, but Damn that Drain system is Bad, 60 % of the Umbrella does not work, they dont Fix them.

Stayed over a week and enjoyed staying here , great price,great staff ,rooms were clean. It's inside the jomtien complex so close to everything, 10 baht bus ride into Pattaya if you want to go into the city . Great swimming pool, the gym is not the best though ,most of the time air con off and old equipment but who uses a gym on holidays anyway. I picked a room with balcony ,I have to give it 4 stars only because the gym is not good but hey not everyone uses it The breakfast cafe downstairs near reception is open from 7am ,bacon eggs etc ,great service ! Staff at front counter were very nice and helpful too, wonderful hotel and low priced

This is the third time I stay at this hotel when I visit Pattaya. The hotel staff is charming and welcoming, especially Bom, Patty and Kit who always respond to every request with kindness and a big smile and thanks to them the stay here is so pleasant. The maintenance and the level of cleanliness is at the highest level. The pool is wonderful. There is also a gym with a saunas and showers. Kit also helps in the gym, guides, supports and gives important tips. What a lovely man! The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to the entertainment area of Jomtien, close to the beach and the main roads of traffic. Highly recommended!!!

This was my first visit back to Thailand after the pandemic. As always I chose the Zing Resort in Pattaya's Jomtien Complex. And once again I had a great stay. A few Covid regulations were still in while I was there but it did not spoil my stay. The staff work really hard to keep the hotel going. Rooms spotless. Pool hads been refurbished once again a great stay. I will be back in a few weeks

. Beds are rock hard. Feels like sleeping on Rocks. Had to check out the next morning with a VERY Sore Body. Poor breakfast selection. UNFRIENDLY STAFF. ROOM WASN'T SERVICED for 3 days Shower Water Preasure Unstable. Old Room Key System. Only 1 small lift (4 pax) servicing entire building. Not allowed to use only facility (pool) after 8. Extra Services like Gym, Steam and Sauna, although advertised as being open from 2 to 9 pm were closed the entire stay. Balconies are dirty. In need of an upgrade. Better options at the same price on. JOMTIEN BEACH

Dear guest, We are sorry to hear that you had a bad stay with us. 1. For those who prefer soft beds, we do offer 4" pillow-topper to be placed on the bed, upon request. 2. Due to Covid 19 pandemic, our food service is limited. 3. Our gym is open, ask the reception for entry. However sauna and steam room are closed to prevent spread of Covid 19. 4. There are 2 elevators that serve walkways to all floors of all buildings. 5. Rooms are serviced daily unless specified by guests. 6. All hotels closes their pools at a scheduled time for security reason. Warm regards,
