We stayed in the Paragon Resort for the first time and we already booked our next holiday there. The rooms are large, clean and the craftsmanship of the interior is first class. As I am in real estate/construction business (Siam Properties Pattaya) I have to admit that the tiling and woodwork are one of the best I have ever seen, not only in Thailand! The pool is huge and salt water, we enjoyed swimming there twice a day. The balcony is large, important for me as I like to stay in open air most of the time. The beach and several nice restaurants are 5 min drive away, the Thepprasit Night Market is in walking distance. One of my favorites restaurants MOMENTO is a 4 minutes walk away. Best deal on the hotel market in the whole Jomtien area, we will come back many times Heiner Moessing Siam Properties Pattaya

Interesting hotel . On the plus side the paragon grand hotel is brand new. Suites is across the road is abit older. The rooms are great , pool is good and breakfast is ok. The staff are wonderful and thank you Lek for transporting me into Pattaya when i was caught in a rain storm . The place was flooded but she took me in with her family and helped me . The negatives are location (its back from Pattaya and jomtien so you need a motorbike taxi or cab to get around) . The japanese Onsen nearby is fantastic though. Also it seems to be set up for Chinese tourists they arrive in buses late night leave in the morning so during the day the place is completely empty. It seems a bit weird as no ones there. So it’s out of the action a bit but some people might like that as it is quite central if you have a car

We (2adults and 2 kids) were here from 24th to 27th December 2018. We came from Bangkok directly to Pattaya at around 7PM. There r 2 buildings opposite to each other, one is paragon grand the other is paragon suites. Our car driver got confused, and took us to the paragon suites. The girl over there came with the trolley to take the baggages. When we cleared it was Paragon grand, the same girl ran to the other building to get the trolley. We were welcomed by a new bee Thai man who could barely speak English. He had zero information about any hotels or cab or any tourist locations in Pattaya. This resort’s kitchen closes at 6PM. We were allotted room on the 7th floor.. I think we were the only one in the entire floor.. it was a bit scary. All the workers scarcely spoke English, you’ll be hardly understood.. English + sign language sort of works. the breakfast offers not much variety, but for us Indians, we can manage with the fried rice and noodles, bread butter jam and fruits. The staff is very friendly. Next day morning we met a manager who’ll be there between 10 to 12. Gives any info u ask for and he himself will take you to any place around 4 km radius for free. This man is very sweet( didn’t get his name, was a tall Thai man). Except this there nothing about the resort.

I have spent 6 days in the resort. The room are clean , the service is ok, the breakfast is reasonable ok, asian style. The only problem encountered is regarding the bathtub, every time i have used it, i have flodded the bath. But for the rest the area is quite and I have enjoyed my stay

The service from this hotel was outstanding. The staff went overboard to help in every way. It is not convenient to the beach or shopping. We picked it because it was close to the dive school I was attending. It can be very noisy when Chinese/Asian tourists come in by the bus load at 12-4 am. Not the fault of the hotel, the Asian tourists are generally rude, obnoxious and noisy and don't care about other patrons at 4 am and slam doors, yell. Its the same at about 630 am when they getup to have breakfast. Breakfast is setup Asian style, and for us white people, toast and coffee is the order of the day. We bought cereal and ate that before we had toast and coffee. The rooms were clean and tidy. A near new facility. Pity that they don't cater for us whites better, however we only form about 10-15% of the tourism trade now, thus their attention is more on Asian/Russian tourists. A nice hotel but could be set up better. Pricing was good.

This is a surprisingly good place to stay for the money. Seemingly brand new (Google maps shows it as a building site in Jan 2012 when this review was written) with granite floors and a fresh look in the reception areas. The room was spacious, immaculately clean and replete with large flat screen TV with satellite, fridge, aircon, and shower room. The balcony has a sink with drainer and hanging rail. The view from the balcony is of the brick wall of the building 10 metres away although more expensive rooms have a better view. Sound proofing is rather limited since the door to the room is rather flimsy and badly fitted. Breakfast was a random mix of English and oriental. The waiting staff are helpful and will cook eggs to order if asked for. Instant coffee is their only downfall. The pool looks nice but it unheated which in Dec meant it was rather brisk! We were asked for a 1000 baht deposit against damage to the room (which was inspected before the money was returned). My days of throwing TVs out of bedroom windows are long-gone, but the minor irritation at having to hand over the cash was more than made up for by the good quality of the hotel. Overall good value for money.
