The price of the hotel is currently amazing and for 15 €/night, so I always try to consider also the price for the value you get, something for 1€/night does have another standard than something for 150 €/Night But, it calls it self also a four star hotel and in my opinion the rooms, standard, service and equipment is far away from that. The decoration and colors in the hotel are nice, bright and modern, but at the second look you see its all very low in quality and maintenance. The rooms are ok, but the terrace its useless, tiny, not even a single chair on it and even smoking on the balcony is forbidden. The aircon is very loud and you only have electricity in the room when you leave your card there, so electronic devices can not charge and you need a long time with the loud aircon for acceptable climate in the room. The worst thing is how loud it is, the aircon and the cheap walls, windows and doors, you are not only hearing what happens on the street, what the TV program of your neighours is and how many people are outside at the hallway, you even hear the screaming children at the other side of the hotel floor... Really annoying. Additionally to that, the cleaning is the most basic, I´ve ever seen, they actually really just change used towels, drop them somewhere in the room and put two bottles of water there. On my first day in the hotel I made a little mess with the instant coffee powder, nothing got cleaned during a 3-day stay and the room was already quite unclean before I checked-in. The mirror was sticky and you could see the finger prints and dirt of people stayed there before, the windows are dirty, etc. On my last afternoon I didn´t had electricity on the room, contacted the reception... nothing happend for over one hour. I needed to go again after one and a half hour of waiting, sitting in a dark room without electricity and then finally came someone... Horrible... I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who is expecting more than a cheap hostel, with cheap furniture and bad cleaning and the worst service I´ve ever experienced in a hotel.

It was an okay hotel. We had some issues during check in but it was resolved professionally. I respect that. Breakfast is good. Located in city center. Modern rooms but rather understaffed. Good value for money.

Went to the hotel alone, for 2 nights.staff very friendly and efficient on arrival. The room was on the fourth floor, very modern and very clean on entry.. Shower 2 heads and very good quality,2 x queensize beds (very soft) and does take up all the room nearest window. My only criticism was the patio door to balcony wouldnt lock, and if you have a noisy neighbour, not private.. Pool and gym on the top floor, looked excellent and lovely clean restaurant on the second floor.about 50 to 100 metres to nearest 7/11 and market area respectively. I would definately reccommend the room as a short stay hotel

We came here last month and the hotel was very nice and clean, lovely atmosphere and very helpful staffs. Especially thanks to Jureerat who always gave us the info we needed and out of her way to help us as our first time here. Can’t fault anything and we will definitely be back.
