Hotel is clean overall. Location is far from tourist areas, a good 40 minutes walk to walking street and the beach. Room was okay, not the cleanest of rooms to first walk into. bathroom was a wet room, which when you had a shower flooded the full room due to the drains not being able to cope with the amount of water from the shower. The sink also took ages to drain away so we knew this problems was not because a drain was blocked. Pool is on the top floor which is a stunning setting , but the water isn’t heated, so only a quick dip. No pool towels were available so had to go back down to reception to ask repeatedly for a dry towel,,the receptionist was trying to get me to use a used towel from the pool area already! Eventually fresh towels were brought up. Breakfast is very poor. If you like curries and soup for breakfast, then you’ll enjoy the breakfast. There is toast available and a small selection of fruit and you can get an omelette made, other than that, you have curries, rice, noodles for breakfast which instantly repeated on me once I tried some. Overall , wouldn’t return to this hotel.…

Stayed here so many times in the last year it feels like home. Great little gym and the rooftop pool is amazing. The staff are always so polite and helpful. Best hotel staff I've met on my journey's. The room I get always has 2 queen beds. The internet is excellent and so is the tv. Had breakfast included to try it out and it's well worth paying the extra to get. I'll be back again to stay before I return home next month. Thank you Glow hotel and staff

Glow Pattaya caters apparently only to large travel groups from my perspective. The tour groups dominated all amenities from the gym to the breakfast buffet to even the lobby making for an unpleasant trip despite its lower room prices and great service staff who appeared under intense pressure.

Very safe hotel, I have left my money around 10000 indian rupees when we came back from Crocodile Show and Art Paradise Gallery I found my money at same place as it is...I surprised after cleaning the room service, my money are as it is in position on a pillow... So very safe and honest staff, rooms are very clean, outstanding services... prime location near by all site scenes. I recommend this Hotel to my near and dear ones. ห้อง 2315 ใช้บริการ In วันที่ 27/08/65 out 28/08/65 เข้าพักทั้งหมด 4 คน เตียงคู่ เริ่มจากแรกเลย คือ มีแต่คนอินเดีย ล้อบบี้กลิ่นฟุ้งไปด้วยกลิ่นแป้งคนอินเดีย ตอนเช็คอิน พนักงานก็พูดจาดี โอเค พนักงานแจ้งด้วยนะ ว่า ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ในห้อง พอด บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าก็ห้ามใช้ เราก็โอเค คือไม่ได้สูบอยู่แล้ว พอถึงหน้าห้อง ทางเดินก็คือกลิ่นแป้งแขกยังไม่หาย ไปจนกระทั่งถึงหน้าห้องพัก คือกำลังจะเปิดห้อง ทุกคนก็พูดพร้อมกันว่า ได้กลิ่นบุหรี่ แล้วคือบอกให้เราไม่สูบบุหรี่ แต่ให้อยู่ห้องติดกับคนที่สูบบุหรี่ คืออะไร ? (แล้วก็ไม่รู้ว่าห้องที่เราเข้าพัก แขกก่อนหน้าที่เข้าพักสูบในห้องด้วยหรือเปล่า เพราะข้างๆห้องกลิ่นลอยมาถึงหน้าห้องกลิ่นบุหรี่ชัดมากจนฉุน) พอเปิดเข้าไปในห้อง กำลังจะกินน้ำ สิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นคือตามในคลิปเลย เดี๋ยวจะลงไว้ คือจะใช้แก้วกาแฟกินน้ำ กลายเป็น มีคราบกาแฟ ซึ่งน้ำกาแฟยังติดอยู่ ทั้งๆที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้เลยอ่ะ คือลืมเผลี่ยนแก้ว แบบนี้ได้หรอ ? แล้วแก้วสีแดงเอาไว้บ้วนปากที่อยู่ในห้องน้ำ คือกลิ่นแรงมาก เหมือนมีคนใช้ไปแล้วแต่ไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดหรือเปลี่ยนใหม่เลย แล้วพอถึงวันจะเช็คเอ้าท์ พนักงานบอกให้นั่งรอ 5 นาที จริงๆ เราก็ไม่ได้รีบอะไรนะ นั่งรอไปประมาณ 10 นาที เราก็นึกว่าห้องมีปัญหาอะไรไหม ทำไมคือ นานมาก แต่มีแขกอีกกลุ่ม ลงมาทีหลัง พนักงานก็คือให้รอเหมือนเรา แต่มาแจ้งกลุ่มที่ลงมาหลังเรา คืออะไร ลืมเราหรอ ? แล้วให้เรานั่งรอ แบบไม่โอเคเลยอ่ะ ไม่ใส่ใจ ส่วน ยาม/ที่จอดรถ คือให้ความช่วยเหลือดี แต่ที่เหลือคือไม่โอเค ถ้าจะให้กลับมาอีก กับราคาขนาดนี้ คงต้องแนะนำเพื่อนว่า อย่ามาดีกว่า มีที่อื่นถูกกว่า และ น่าจะ Quality กว่า เพราะประสบการณ์การเข้าพักของเราก็คือแบบไม่ได้เลยอ่ะ…
