I have stayed there several times and although it has challenges l always enjoyed the feeling of my own apartment and away from the main strip. But times are changing... Mosiak have new owners and the prices have increased by 15% from Nov 2015. 1 br suite after utilities and cleaning (every 2/3 days) , etc works out to around...

Once again, I enjoyed my stay at Mosaik. This time I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment (rather than a Studio) and thought the extra €100 for 2 weeks was good value because you get a balcony (although the heat in Pattaya during my trip meant I could only use it in the early morning or at night). The apartment...

I’ve stayed here several times in the past and it remains one of the best options in Pattaya for those who don’t want a full-service hotel, and who prefer a bit more privacy, away from the main tourist areas. I paid THB 900 per night, low season, for a Studio Deluxe room, inclusive of utilities charges, daily cleaning, free wifi...

This was my 5th stay at Mosaik, so it almost feels like home from home. I always travel alone so the apartment I have is great and more than adequate for one person. And the bed is to die for you could sleep 4 in it. mmm! might try that next time. Ha Ha!. I always try and get the...

First the good points; Good location, only a 10 minute walk to walking street and 5 minutes to soi Buakho. Good service and good security, all rooms have a safe and to gain access to the building you use a key fob and there is 24 hour security. The reception is located in a separate building so if you bring...

We booked online (through AsiaRooms) and got a very good price for our 4 night stay, so to be honest, our expectations weren't particularly high. This is partly why we were extremely pleased with our accommodation when we arrived at Mosaik. We actually thought we had been upgraded, but didn't want to ask incase it was a mistake and we...

I took a 60 sq.m. one-bedroom apartment for four weeks. Optional room clean with towel and linen change charged at 250 baht. Electric was charged at 7 baht/unit and water at 40 baht/unit. My weekly electric and water charge was approximately 1000 baht. I have stayed several times at the Mosaik in Pattaya. The location is great; all the staff...

Was really surprised by the standard of the apartment which was exceptionally high. The apartments are really roomy and you could comfortably stay there for long periods, nice lounge, well fitted kitchen which plenty of utensils, large bathroom and a massive bed which I found very comfortable. A very secure place, very clean and the bedding was changed every alternate...
