We saw in Agoda say it’s newly built so we chose to stay here. Location is good not far from Terminal 21 shopping mall which has many shops and restaurants. We can walk to the beach in 3-4 minutes. The staff are friendly and helpful. We got the third floor, the room big and comfortable bed but no electric plug by the bed, WiFi not so good in our room, the cleaner should more caring about cleaning the room, needs improvement.. Swimming pool very nice and clean and the staff brought out inflatable toys for us to play and arm bands for our child which we thought was very nice.. Compare the price with Hotel Amber which is very similar quality, new and has many better features like excellent WiFi, 2 usb plugs each side of the bed and nearly half the price!

Stayed here for the first time in Late September Hotel is a smaller but nice property walking distance to Terminal 21 and in front of a Korean Plaza with many Korean Restaurant Room is spacious staff are excellent Definitely a good place to recommend

Good location with Terminal 21 shopping mall right around the corner. Good chinese, korean and japanese restaurant right infront of the hotel. Affordable with minimalistic modern Design which makes you feel relaxed and very nice staff, Mr. Nopphon will make your stay as comfy as possible Definitely coming back when in Pattaya✌🏼 Martin Loersch

Once we walk into the hotel there are some front deck waiting for us and taking care of us carefully, bellboy took my shirt and my heavy bag on the trolley and bring them up in from of our hotel room. We was so happy to stay in this such a wonderful hotel, the location which located near the beach and department store it so convenient and make our holiday trip smoothly. Thank you K.Toffy, He provide us for a very good services helping us for WiFi and book the best view for the hotel room which can see swimming pool easily while we stay in the hotel room, we are appreciate that.

Spacious room and nice service provided especially by Toffy front desk staff. Understand the hotel is new so the other staff will need lots of training and experience which I'm positive that they will for an even better service. The hotel has nice location too so we will definitely stay there in our next visit.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 month, this is a new hotel with big nice rooms very clean and comfortable, nice swimming pool, its location is great across the street from terminal 21 everything is close by, hotel staff are very careful and kindly try to please everything you need. we are here for a month and we think to stay longer because we just feel like home, great staff all the praise, great value for money. Thanks to the manager Nopphon and thank you Sam for welcoming us, we would recommend this hotel to everyone.
