Now in COVID,the Vogue offered a great rate for a good room ,nothing fancy but everything worked well ,the location is just between third road and soi Bukkaou so is really convenient The staff friendly and easy with massive parking outside .There is a small pool but not that it wanted it
Staff often make or break a business. The Vogue staff especially Jasmine made my 4 day stay extremelly enjoyable. Reception was conducted efficiently with a smile. I was allocated Room 2704. My room was clean, reasonably sized with a double bed, wardrobe, TV, Fridge and small room safe. A kettle, coffee and sugar are provided together with two bottles of water. I found the WIFI to be inconsistent, even in my room Overall an enjoyable stay.
Stayed here many times before. Got a booking for april 13th. Can not travel due to the virus out break . Asked for a refund and got a straight no . Stayed here over 10 times never had no oroblems with the room although found some of the reception staff rude. Wont be stating here again
Actually enjoyed staying at the hotel. I initially booked 2 nights but decided to increase for a further 5 nights. The King size bed was large and comfortable. Staff were very friendly apart from a slight incident at the end of my stay that I will mention later. The hotel is Guest-friendly. I noticed it is quite popular with Russians and Indians. It is also popular with Chinese Group bookings. The location is discrete despite being in Central Pattaya and you are minutes away from all the entertainment, bars, restaurants.. It is also relative quiet but to my surprise some Night Life Entertainment noise did get heard in my room at the wee hours of the morning but not loud enough to disturb my sleeping. The quality of breakfast served and options available was just average but equates to the cheaper cost of hotel rooms relative to other hotels but I wasn’t impressed that most times the food served was cold. You had a choice of 3 swimming pools on the ground floor. There is a gym with bare equipment, some look rusty and seems not being put to use for a long time. I had to be careful of the hot water in the room as at times it got too hot like nearly boiling temperature hot while washing hands. Another negative was a smell at times in the room which smelt like a dead mouse somewhere. Overall I had an enjoyable stay and would easily have returned for another stay but I was put off by the aggressive tone of the Counter Staff when I politely asked if I could extend my checkout stay by 1hr to 1pm instead of 12 noon but she insisted I would incur an additional 300 Baht charge.…
The hotel is not bad at all, but the resort itself makes no sense for me. It looks like a soulless imitation of both sea resort (beaches are quite unimpressive compared to so many others that Thailand can offer), entertainment venue (I visited the Aquarium and Nong Nooch Tropical Garden and they are both worth skipping). The only thing that maybe won't disappoint, is the nightlife, which is abundant, noisy and a bit too extreme for my taste. But let's get back to the hotel... Rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfortable, wifi is not great, but definitely does the job, elevator is fast, location is very convenient for both the beach and the nightlife area, a few main roads are near so you can easily navigate to almost everywhere via Grab or baht bus... Not ideal - but very good, hence my rating of 4/5. Pattaya itself looks like a theme park and the theme is "Sea resort". Soulless, unimpressive, mediocre. My first and my last visit there, I think. Worse than any other place in Thailand that I have seen, and I've seen quite a lot.…
this is large hotel that has chinese tour groups but they are al put in the number 2 building pool is shaded in morning walk down soi leng kee to find it has bur paking in front of hotel which is noisey in mornings.rooms ok
Upon arrival only gave a 1 bed room for four people even though we booked a family suite. There was no one but myself and 3 friends at the check in desk so hardly swamped. When we got into the room the air conditioning poured out water onto the bedside table and all over the floor. The room stank of urine and dampness, couldn'teven brush your teeth in one of the bathrooms from the smell. It was so bad your eyes would water. No one slept,it was 2am and we were staying for one night and up to leave for 8am so didn't want the hassle of changing to another room since checking in was such an ordeal for them. The breakfast was terrible. Stale cereal, everything was open to the flies and windows were open for more to come in. Upon checking out we advised the desk staff of the terrible stay and smell in the room to which they laughed and ignored the comment. We asked to speak to the manager and she said theres nothing she can do for us other than offer another night... I recommend never to stay in this hotel!!…
I stated with friends in this hotel last night and I have to say it was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in, a hostel would be nicer. First of all we had adjoining rooms, they did not give us keys for both room. Then our air conditioning unit leaked all over room, had our belongings been on the bedside locker they would have been ruined. We returned to the hotel that evening only to find a smell of urine in the room, this smell became so unbearable during the night. The next morning I couldn’t even brush my teeth in the room as the smell of urine was so strong! I complained to reception only for the receptionist to laugh in my face when I informed her of the situation. I spoke to the manager who was extremely unhelpful. By far the worst hotel I have ever been in. Would not recommend to anyone to stay! Absolutely awful! Hotel from hell!!!!!…
This hotel is located in the best part of pattaya.very clean ,nice staff and a good roomrate.rooms are not big but good size.the 3 pools of the hotel are small but good enough. The only negatif is that there is no AC in the fitness room.breakfast is great.
I spent a week here recently in a superior room. The room was a decent size, bed was firm, pillows nice and soft, and the aircon worked great. There are 3 similar sized pools at the hotel. They were never crowded when I went to use them. Staff were always friendly. Room could have benefited from some drawers to unpack your clothing into, and a sofa as opposed to the seat recessed against the window. Location is just off Soi Lengkee, short walk to Third Road and Soi Buakhao, with easy access to plenty of bars, eateries, baht buses and motorbike taxis.
