In general the hotel it's ok, with spacious rooms but quite outdated. The house keeping are doing a brillant work but that's it, terrible service starting in the front desk, they don't know how to treat and welcome their guests. Poor breakfast, mostly oriental food, the only good thing is the egg station where you can order your favorite type of egg meal, omelett, fried eggs...in one week I only eat breakfast two times due to the poor selection of food available. In Pattaya you have more and better choices to stay.

Right so I stayed in this hotel for a whole 29 days this past December ,let’s give a breakdown of good and bad points : Good points : Buffet breakfast between 7 and 12 o clock !! Big rooms ,the one I stayed was really big Cleaning room staff ,extremely good and polite Room service for food etc excelent and fast Big enough balconies on all rooms I’ve seen Secure big safes and card swipe entrance door Good area for supermarkets and 711s Free parking and good wifi everywhere Bad points : Big but outdated tvs with NO HD image Reception staff generally rude & very unpolite Too far away from walking street- 30 min + walk Only 6.. yes 6 …pool beds …in a hotel … Breakfast buffet food can be hit and miss Emergency calls to outside ..not allowed !!!!!!!! Gym equipment ..some of it does not work Pool area-sometimes no towels , not clean daily Waiters prefer to be on the phone than serving Basically in close to a whole month staying here my feelings were generally negative , a whole pool with only 6 beds was something silly, if you want to get a tan this is not the place to stay ( 6 pool beds in a hotel ) no kidding …. if you want to be close to the action this is not the place to stay ( unless you have to find a taxi everyday to be near the action hence more expensive overall ) had to make a emergency call one night and the receptionists advised that i had to speak to the manager next morning to make an outside call …and that I had to go to some soi nearby to make a call from a phone booth ..bear in mind this is a emergency call .. I would not return to this hotel EVER if it was at half price…

Stayed at KTK at beginning of November, beautiful hotel in quiet location, rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, fantastic bathroom with large bath and walk in shower, very comfortable bed. Very quiet at night. Hotel is spotless throughout. Breakfast was buffet style, great selection of food. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they made our stay most enjoyable. We will definitely return to KTK. So happy we found this piece of paradise in Pattaya.

i do not normally look at this part of Pattaya for a holiday but booked last minute. I was really surprised by KTK. Good hotel nice room .Location close enough to the action yet quiet enough for a chilled time.

Love KTK. Spacious accommodation, flat screen tv, we were on monthly rate and room cleaned, bed and towels changed twice weekly. Staff very helpful and friendly. Shuttle service good and drivers/ bell boys deserve a big thankyou. Have booked sgain for next year. Thank you KTK.

Hi guys, I stayed in the KTK residence in Pattaya, early in December. I must say I really liked it, I had some doubts about it when I booking it, as it is a bit older and looks a bit out of the ordinary as hotel rooms go. But after a few days I really liked it, big clean room, comfy clean bed, great big TV with a good selection of channels. The staff were friendly, the cleaners done a great job every day. The buffet breakfast was excellent (included in my price), there was a free shuttle service available to the main areas of town than ran regularly. The wifi was reliable and fast, check in was friendly and fast. There was a big gym and putting green in the hotel but open air, not air conditioned, which is a pity. There was also a nice pool. Hi I’ve just had 2 weeks in this lovely hotel this really is a nice place to stay the rooms are large good aircon large flat screen tv very clean large bathrooms it has 2 pools and a good gym for fitness It does need some extra weights as in free weights dumbbells etc but it is a good gym .it also has a nice sauna’ the breakfast is excellent a large variety of English and Thai food 7-12 so you have plenty of time. The WiFi is good the staff are very friendly the hotel is a a few min from the night life but the hotel supply a free shuttle bus which is also very good. There are a few quiet bars and restaurants close by over all a very nice hotel I will be sure to use this again thanks ady room 3706

We stay all the time in this Hotel, a bit out of the city center, nice and helpful staff all around,excellent breakfast, western foot,asian food, even Korean and sushi until 12 noon,sometimes even till 1 pm, no need to rush when sleep late. Whenever you want to go to the city center they have a shuttle and take you there within a few minutes whenever you want . A big compliment to our Housekeeper Miss Dear, we stayed on 4 th floor, rooms 407 and 408 , our rooms were cleaned perfect every single day and even small things i noticed made us feel comfortable , like wrapping the cables around our chargers, such attentions i experienced last in a top hotel in HK, many years we always come to KTK.

I found the hotel very comfortable the bed was good the decor was nice bathroom was ok. The lobby area was nice the pool and gym area was very good the man who takes care of the pool area was a credit to the hotel. I am staying for a month and the rate is good. Most of the Concierge staff are excellent always trying to make an effort to go that little bit extra. Housekeeping is very average they are quite polite but do not do anything above the call of duty although I had agreed with reception my room would be cleaned at 1100 twice weekly this never happened. Reception was hit and miss there are some reception here that are excellent some are beyond terrible, How can me and my partner walk past so many times and never be greeted with the reception ladies heads down (Probably on mobile phones) from the land of SMILES but a few where very polite. My rooms wifi was not great. All in all I would stay here again but I think standards here are good but can be improved vastly If standards where to drop any lower then there are plenty of hotels in Pattaya looking for your baht…
