Excellent Hotel, value for money. Location is a bit out of the way, but only 10 min walk to main streets. Hotel has courtesy bus but never used it. Rooms are very big and well appointed, bed very good with nice mattress protector and good pillows. Excellent Pool and gym. Good large flat screen TV with satellite channels. Good kitchen with microwave and large fridge. Good Balcony with space, local outlook only from l5.

The staff are amazing! It's close to some shopping areas and to some nightlife fun. The rooms are clean, the comfort there is unbelievable as well. Nice beds that are very comfortable. The linen is like new with soft pillows and nice shower. I have nothing bad to say because I would return many rimes and I plan on it.

This Hotel/Resudence is just so beautiful and relaxing. You must try their smoothies they are awesome. Our room was so spacious. Ultra huge bed which was so comfy (and I do not like hotel beds as they are usually either too hard or too soft) I woke up refreshed and my usual pains from sleeping were reduced due to this amazing bed. With clean and well maintained outdoor and indoor pools to choose between. Room service was top notch. This hotel is that good we have decided that well will be going back in Dec 24 for xmas and New yr this time spending 3 weeks there. Next time it will just be myself and my partner I am so looking forwards to it. The staff are beautiful and so polite it was deffinatly a fantastic Hotel (our room had on suite shower/toilet & an electric massage chair * which did work but we chose to have human massages often whilst there* there was a kitchenette in the corner with kettle *tea &coffee refreshed daily* microwave and fridge, a dinning table, safe. With a large digital Tv with soo many channels even i think 6 channels dedicated to the English language ) As I said we were so happy with the place and its cost we have already booked up for 3 wks in Dec for a Xmas/New yr gettaway I just cannot wait to return. It's so nice and comfy I could live there for a few months if need be. Oh and the housekeeping lovely team. You have a linnen laundry bag that you fill with ur washing that if you give in one day you get it bk next all freshly ironed and it smells devine too ! Also ur air-conditioning is already included in your stay. I am not sure what the daytime/evening meals are like but the breakfast is amazing such variety (and that was just the buffeted side you cab get a full cooked breakfast if you wish) i had a wonderful breakfast on nearly all of our holiday and to be honest some days I couldn't even eat an evening meal 5***** very happy with this hotel... see you all again in Dec 24 i just can't wait !!!!

Lovely hotel... Good big room with corner bath tub... Had everything advertised... Soft beds, 2 beds and loads of pillows... Really nice..small pool on a different floor which looked weird with a stantion in the middle... Beside this was a little putting green and an open type gym.. There is another pool on the main floor which we only found out the day we were leaving.. Which looks bigger... The gym I must say is totally lacking in equipment and old creaking gear.. I personally would not even call it a gym.. This is probably it's main fault, My room was big but has a little walk way to the balcony which was strange... My room had 1 problem and it was the continuous amount of mosquitos.. No matter how many u killed or sprayed the room more suddenly appeared... I think this was a problem for my room only as my friends did not have this problem at all... Nice staff... And check in was good... Didn't get their breakfast so no comment on that.. I liked it here... Spent 5 nights.. All good.. Not actually close to anything but then not far either... I got a good deal and was happy...

Transportation is inconvenient. If you want to go to the downtown or the beach, you can walk for more than 20 minutes It's often Wi-Fi and the power goes out One day when it rained, all the electricity went out for half an hour. The noise problem is serious. I could hear the sound of talking and sex in the next room, and even though I was on the fifth floor, I woke up several times due to the sound of cars, bikes, and club music. Staff with no training at all, some staff humming songs in the dark hallway and he don't even say hello when he meet my eyes. Even in the middle of the night, the staff punches and fights with a hotel customer. When I asked a young woman (Hotel Manager) to train her employees, she sided with the male employee, saying that the customer hit the employee first. I said, "Then do you educate the staff to fight together if the customer hits staff?" and I told you to look for another job because you and the male staff are not the right people for the hotel. Then she replies to me, "Then you should look for another hotel." Isn't it amazing? This is not all. I was checking out on the last day. She said I used a towel dirty and said she would remove 60 baht out of 1,000 deposit. "What kind of towel did I use dirty. I only took a shower," but it was useless. On top of that, she said she didn't have any change and said she would give me 1,000 baht if I gave her 60 baht. I said I had no change and I had to go to the airport quickly, but the female staff just smiled, asking for 60 baht first. This is the story I experienced in a real Thai four-star hotel.

What a great hotel ! Stayed with 5 friends and all our rooms were spotlessly clean & spacious. My friend & I had a twin room & the beds were so comfy, the best I have had in a hotel with great pillows !! The price included aircon & an electronic safe which you programmed with your own code. All the staff were lovely ! & very efficient, excellent service. We used the free hotel shuttle bus a few times, always tipping the driver. Other times we used the Bhat buses which pass all the time, just flag one down. The only down side was the bar/restaurant at the side of the hotel, which had its official opening during the time we were there. We had a meal one evening which was quite a trial ! None of the staff spoke any English & we struggled to place our order, with them returning numerous times to check again. I appreciate it was newly opened but the staff didn't know their own menu ! Also unless you state which spirits you want, you are automatically given the most expensive (ie. Grey Goose vodka). Hopefully teething problems. However, we would happily stay at KTK again, a great holiday was had by all !!

In general the hotel it's ok, with spacious rooms but quite outdated. The house keeping are doing a brillant work but that's it, terrible service starting in the front desk, they don't know how to treat and welcome their guests. Poor breakfast, mostly oriental food, the only good thing is the egg station where you can order your favorite type of egg meal, omelett, fried eggs...in one week I only eat breakfast two times due to the poor selection of food available. In Pattaya you have more and better choices to stay.

Right so I stayed in this hotel for a whole 29 days this past December ,let’s give a breakdown of good and bad points : Good points : Buffet breakfast between 7 and 12 o clock !! Big rooms ,the one I stayed was really big Cleaning room staff ,extremely good and polite Room service for food etc excelent and fast Big enough balconies on all rooms I’ve seen Secure big safes and card swipe entrance door Good area for supermarkets and 711s Free parking and good wifi everywhere Bad points : Big but outdated tvs with NO HD image Reception staff generally rude & very unpolite Too far away from walking street- 30 min + walk Only 6.. yes 6 …pool beds …in a hotel … Breakfast buffet food can be hit and miss Emergency calls to outside ..not allowed !!!!!!!! Gym equipment ..some of it does not work Pool area-sometimes no towels , not clean daily Waiters prefer to be on the phone than serving Basically in close to a whole month staying here my feelings were generally negative , a whole pool with only 6 beds was something silly, if you want to get a tan this is not the place to stay ( 6 pool beds in a hotel ) no kidding …. if you want to be close to the action this is not the place to stay ( unless you have to find a taxi everyday to be near the action hence more expensive overall ) had to make a emergency call one night and the receptionists advised that i had to speak to the manager next morning to make an outside call …and that I had to go to some soi nearby to make a call from a phone booth ..bear in mind this is a emergency call .. I would not return to this hotel EVER if it was at half price

Stayed at KTK at beginning of November, beautiful hotel in quiet location, rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, fantastic bathroom with large bath and walk in shower, very comfortable bed. Very quiet at night. Hotel is spotless throughout. Breakfast was buffet style, great selection of food. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they made our stay most enjoyable. We will definitely return to KTK. So happy we found this piece of paradise in Pattaya.
