Excellent value for money. On first impression when you walk into the reception is that you have gone back in time to the late nineties. Don’t let this put you off the hotel. It is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are very spacious and modern, very clean and excellent lighting, it is one of the few hotels I have stayed in Thailand that actually gives you very hot water from the taps. We actually stayed in one of the rooms with pools access and sea view. The hotel is situated just far away from the main center not to be noisy but only a song tell ride into town (10Bht per person). It is 200 meters to beach or to the local bars, shopping centers and restaurant. The breakfast is great for a Thai but very basic for any Europeans, this is due to renovating being conducted in the main dining room but again excellent value for the cost. The staff were very polite and helpful even speaking in English. The ONLY negative point is the staff in the dining room who would rather spend time on the phones and talking between themselves that clean away the tables.

We stayed there for 2 nights and the place is nearby beach. The bfast was good but the staff was overworked or they were not interested in serving properly. On top of that they accused us of stealing a hand towel, i went back to the room to find it hidden under the bed. They still were adamant saying there is one more towel missing and charged $10 for such a small piece of towel. They need to make sure to make money by giving good service and not by charging the guests for their mistakes. We have travelled to 30 plus countries and never faced such issues.

The room is big and clean, the price is affortable. The location is close to the supermarket and the sea. There is a big refrigerator and the room space is enough. The swimming pool, gym, sauna and lobby are okay. The breakfast is okay, plus the staffs are very helpful!

This appears to be an older place. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was average, but way outdated. Partial ocean view is just that. Was quieter than the other places we stayed in Pattaya. Only a short walk to the beach, and there was a great massage place very very close. Pool looked ok, but did not get in. Breakfast buffet was average - good coffee. Good price. WiFi was better than the Mercure.

This is my 4/5 time I’ve visited this property, Firstly the location is so peaceful away from the noisy party areas, The hotel room size is amazing for the price, The staff is very helpful and polite, Things that need to be improved 1) noise from outside ( like a door bell / alarm ringing every 20 mins) 2) the window shade need to be redone as the sunlight enters the room not allowing you to complete your sleep. 3)The bathroom needs some serious upgrades, The shower / Jets are in a very poor condition. Over all a good value for your money, I would love to come back again.

One of the worst hotel experienced we have ever encountered. Our room smelled really bad and the shower curtain was utterly moldy. AC made a lot of noice (old model). Boring breakfast. The worst was the hotel staff - there was hardly anyone who understood English or could speak it. Ordering food or needing other assistance from the staff was almost impossible. Staff never greeted when coming back to the hotel. No pleasant experience.
