Detailed Reviews
I had arrived the hotel with my mother in law, my wife and my little angel, 1yo in late evening and the lobby was busy. Everyone is really exhausted from the long journey. the Difficult time just start after they could not found my reservation upon arrival, my holiday turned blue at that moment.
Luckily, the staff, Mr.Lucky & Mr.Kelvin could handle my issue in very professional way which totally makes me happy. They explained my clearly what was happened and take only few minutes to sort it out during the busy situation. I am really thankful for the support.
Not only two of them. Mr. Smart who is a concierge give me a good recommend about the surrounding restaurant and remind me about the curfew situation (Thanks, I totally forgot it.)
The hotel is clean and well-maintained. I could feel every details in a room are taken care very well.
The restaurant is really nice cozy and comfort. The breakfast is delicious and variety. The staffs are very friendly.

While my stay at the Center Point Prime Pattaya was enjoyable overall, I'd like to highlight four areas for potential improvement to maximize guest comfort and safety:
1. Balcony Safety: Upon check-in to our suite, we discovered the balcony doors were unlocked. With young children present, this poses a safety hazard. I suggest thorough room checks by housekeeping staff or additional locking mechanisms for balconies.
2. Smoking Area Location: The smoking area's proximity to the children's playground is a major concern. Many parents, myself included, found this arrangement unacceptable. Relocating the smoking zone to a less frequented area, such as the seating by the main entrance, would be a more considerate choice.
3. In-Room Air Conditioning: The air conditioner in our room was positioned directly above the bed, making temperature regulation difficult. This caused discomfort throughout the night, affecting our sleep quality. Repositioning the unit, or providing options to adjust airflow direction, would greatly enhance guest comfort.
4. Pool Towel Distribution: The lack of towel service near "The Wave" pool was a significant inconvenience. Guests must walk a considerable distance back to the counter near the kids' playroom to obtain towels. This seems counterintuitive, especially since the pool is a major attraction. Providing towels closer to "The Wave" or clear signage about towel location would significantly improve the guest experience.
The room was clean, and the hotel itself was pleasant. Addressing these concerns would elevate the guest experience at the Center Point Prime Pattaya and demonstrate a stronger commitment to customer-focused service.

and in fact the only Centre Point I would say that about. CP is generally four stars, sometimes tending to five; this is three at best. Rooms are tiny and you just need one of the suites with a small living room, and furnishing is like a Scandinavian country motel. Views are nice.
Location: As has been said, on the Pattaya highway very much to the north, nothing near, nothing in walking distance; you always need a Grab. Jominten Beach is an hour away, you're basically two-thirds on the way from Bangkok Siam to Jominten.
The killer are the few, slow, stuffy and dirty elevators which are just not made for the masses staying here. And make no mistake: This is a hotel for families with small kids, so if you mind them in any way, avoid. Same with all the infrastructure - this is made for small kids, there's no usable pool for adults at all. (There is one but it is always bizarrely crowded.)
Breakfast was very mediocre and ofc loud. Reception staff was very, very slow and not really with it.
Admittedly, the place is dirt cheap, so one might not expect more, but I am not happy I stayed there - a bit of a waste of one's lifetime.

The hotel is not a 5 star hotel, I’d rate it more like a 3 star. Best thing about the hotel was the staff, from reception to cleaners all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The wave pool and slides are great for kids up to 11yrs. Breakfast was plentiful although a lot of the food was cold. This hotel is very popular for big tours so avoid during Thai holidays and weekends. There is not alot within walking distance from the hotel and is on a very busy dual carriageway. there is a free shuttle service although it’s only every 90 minutes starting at midday. Taxis are very cheap if you use Bolt (download app) only £3-4 for most journeys to beach, or towards walking street. I enjoy walking but the area is not great for walking as there’s just nothing around apart from garages. Nearest 7/11 about 15-20 minutes. The only reason I wouldn’t return is the location. I am used to being able to pop out to a shop, pub, restaurant or for a massage. Also please take note that this is a dry Hotel. They don’t sell or serve alcohol and therefore there’s no bar. You are allowed to take your own drinks to your room and each room has a fridge. Lifts can be very busy during breakfast and check in/out times.

If you traveling with kid that need to sleep same room please avoid. Bed room is too small for baby cot or extra bed. It need to put in living room.
Elevator has only 3 which is not enough you have to wait 10-15 min during peak time.
Breakfast very limited choices, I would say it is 3 star luxury condo more than 4 star hotel. Chicken also have small bones.
Peak or high season please avoid as you need to wait for everything
Grand Deluxe is depend on your luck not worst booking this type , even mentioned partial sea view, if you get 8 floor it is a city view!!

The best mid range hotel I have stayed so far seeing the services they offer. But do keep in mind to avoid booking during peak season and weekends as it gets over crowded by Thai local tourists.
1. The wave pool & water slide was good. The kids enjoyed a lot there. The small slide for young kids was also there. Kids room was nothing to write about as most of the equipment was chargeable. Air hockey & Foosball was complementary though.
2. Make sure you reach a bit early for breakfast, as minimum waiting time is 10-15 minds, as sitting capacity is very less compared to the number of rooms they have. No vegan/vegetarian option for breakfast, although I being vegetarian, I am use to having fruits, breads and cereals etc. So no complain on that.
3. The room was like a small apartment and the view was amazing from the 31st floor. Best part was the sitting area and the bedroom was separate which is always good when you are travelling with kids.
All in all we had a pleasant stay here. But do not book during peak time.

This is my first time staying overnight at this hotel. The room is extremely clean and new. We had got a room on the 32th floor...sea view...the view was so beautiful! Even though we stayed in the Deluxe room (28 sq.m.), we did not feel that the room was small. The decoration and room layout is like a modern condominium in town. The microwave and plates were provided which was so cool!
Breakfast line was very cute. Plenty of dishes were provided. Comparing to the same size hotel in town, I personally think that this could beat others.
All staff i met were highly attentive and always gave their sincere smile to guests.
Would love to come back :)

Clean and newly room.
If stay with group tour so it’s fine!
If stay by self a night stay is enough, as nowhere to go if you don’t have a car.
(Even minimart still not available around)
Anyhow ,very cheap room is acceptable but if you want to touch the beach in this city…many hotels on seaside

Relatively new and still working out the bugs. The hotel’s finishes are average, the rooms are a bit tight in places, and not every thing was installed properly... like the grab bars in the shower (we were upgraded to a disabled access room).
Staff were all very friendly. Buffet breakfast was expensive for the selection and quality on offer. Parking was also very limited.
Not unpleasant, but I would not go back.

Thank you for your question. The hotel doesn't serve real halal food but we do have vegetarian food and some dishes made of chicken.
