Situated right in the middle of the gay street of pattaya (Boyztown), the ambience around the hotels get a little racy at night around 22:00. Not recommend for people with family and kods. However, if you are a solo traveller and open minded, this is a great place to be. The hotel's prices are cheap, the rooms are good with... More

During the official 30 day mourning period following the death of the King, social establishments have been asked to tone down loud music, playing it only behind closed doors and ending at a respectful hours. The Cafe Royale is the one and only establishment in Boys Town for the 2 nights I was there to flaunt this and have impossibly... More

This hotel is in the heart of boyz town. Walk out of the door and it's all there for you. All the gay bars are within 2 seconds walk. I believe the location maybe wrong on trip advisor. Very clean nice sized rooms. Upperclass feel to the hotel with the quality furniture. Staff are lovely. Safe in rooms nice sized... More

If this review is a little off-side, it's because trip advisor won't let me review the restaurant and cabaret as opposed to the hotel. I have no idea what the hotel is like, I haven't been up to the rooms or even to the reception desk for that matter. Now - the restaurant is quite reasonable in terms of price... More

This is in Boystown. The hotel is called Le Cafe Royale (not "La") and the map location on this site is wrong. TRIPADVISOR: Fix this! The room(second floor ) was basic, relatively clean, good a/c, a bit dusty but the young lad who fixes the rooms really works hard. A good breakfast to be had, either directly opposite in Ambience... Bright and clean, larger than average budget rooms, and with very helpful and friendly staff, this place surprised me. At the prices they charge per night, this place is an absolute bargain. However, the hotel is located in the heart of "Boyztown", a little side street off soi 13-4 from Beach Road, which features bars and go-go clubs that cater... More

Stayed this past weekend, March 8-11. First off they DO NOT serve breakfast. There is a coffee, machine in the lobby with coffee, tea and chocolate. Food is only served at dinner time and then a cabaret show at about 10:30 or so. Now the hotel in general. I stay here almost every month, and since its sale it has... More
