We stay here 3 night . Location was very good and easy to go any where around pattaya . Room was clean and staffs are friendly. Helpful staffs . Beach is not far . I love to stay if I go again pattaya next time . Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this place . Moda From Chiangmai Mai
Me and my thai g/f stayed there whilst killing time waiting for marrige papers The staff were very helpfull and gave us nice room, ( anne & pam ) were extremely helpfull We did notice mostly grumpy old sex tourist staying, obv they wernt happy as there were no bars or bar girls to feed there perverted desires Due to covid But made for a very pleasent trip for me and g/f 😁😁😁😉 Jason and nui aka ting tong 😘😘
We came to Pattaya for my son to complete his PADI course. We chose a hotel near the dive centre. The hotel is located neat walking street and quite a few bars. Check in was efficient but clearly the hotel had very few guests due to Covid. I was told that they upgraded our Deluxe Room to a better room. After checking in the room, I asked the receptionist again if this was an upgrade. If this was an upgrade, I dread to think what a Deluxe Room looks like. Basically our room had no view, although it had a balcony. The only view was of the wall of the building next door. The room was quite small. There was no breakfast available at the hotel. The aircon is quite noisy when it starts. Despite the lack of guests, they forgot to make up our room on the last night of our stay.
I have been to Aya Boutique Hotel about 12 times since 2016 and it is my favorite hotel in Pattaya .Close to shopping centers beach and Walking Street. Good staff ,good food and good service.I always get room for my girlfriend and I.
Pleasant staff at reception. Quick and smooth check in. The room was basic and nice. The bathroom could use a bit improvement. They don't have a restaurant of their own so other than breakfast no other meals available. They do have tie up with a restaurant across the road and serve that food in your room on order. The breakfast is horrible. No vegetarian options at all. Not even in bread. Only basic cereals and tea and coffee. The staff at breakfast is horribly rude and comment on the food you eat. It actually is a very cute hotel and near to beach and lots of eateries but needs to improve on few of areas especially the breakfast.
The hotel is well situated in Pattaya but be it air conditioning or toilets or the TV everything is wrongly placed. You just cannot have a shower without the water spilling over to the bed room , the wifi is horrible the TV just does not work the air conditioning is horrible. On the whole except the location avoid this property if you do not wish to spoil your holidays.
This hotel is located within 2 minutes of the public beach area and within four blocks walking distance to the east end of the "Walking Street" area. Parking is arranged in conjunction with another hotel proximate to the AYA hotel. The staff are exceptional friendly and courteous. Response times to service needs are very quick. The hotel room we stayed in was spacious enough for two, although the bathroom could be somewhat larger. Not a showstopper. Breakfast is a good mix of European and Thai fare. Omelettes can be made to order. I would book this hotel again.
Its a decent hotel just at a walking dist from the beach ,its closer to shopping centers etc hotel is chik and tidy. Front office staff are good and accommodative . Fairly good sized rooms but breakfast was not that eloborate.
The room was excellent and the staff were amazing, Unfortunately I had to be hospitalised for a couple of days but the hotel laid on a taxi to take me .They enquired after my wellbeing. they really went of their way to look after us.the shuttle bus came in handy. Only ate breakfast once as much choice for european tastes.
the location of the hotel is good located in central Pattaya and very easy access but the rooms are not so spacious and specially the bathroom is very small all in all a nice budget hotel with a good location
