Hello . I always stay in this hotel because the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The reception staff are very helpful and kind to the customers. As for the breakfast, it is excellent. The location of the hotel is very excellent, everything you want is just steps away from the hotel except for walking Street, which is far from the hotel. I want to thanks all the managers of the hotel and there staff for there help to customers. safe trip for all . Ali Alkhuder from Kuwait . my foverait hotel
We had dinner at Terrazzo Restaurant on Friday night, we had the seafood barbecue, great food, the live musicians played nice music and kept it quiet enough to have a conversation, It’s located beach side, 2 for 1 drinks before 7pm
Spent a couple of nights in Pattaya, stepping away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Though not the most fancy resort, this would probably still be the best hotel among the entire Pattaya. Walking distance to most landmarks. Easy access to the beach right across the street. There was some problems during check-in with Agoda, no fault of Holiday Inn. But concierge handled it patiently and pleasantly. Swimming pool is not huge but I still enjoyed it a lot. Can also just bring a book and lay back by the poolside. There is happy hour special in the afternoon. The first day morning breakfast only offered order by the a la cart menu. The 2nd day, back to buffet breakfast. Both were equally nice. The waitresses were extremely friendly and could even remember my drink order the next day (I was there for just 2 days).…
We were on a room on the south side 18th floor. It is impossible to stay seat for a moment on our balcony with the terrible NOISY outside air conditioning system. Impossible to keep the door open for us who cannot tolerate the air conditioning in our room because of that noise who is constant 24/7. Awful stay. D. Simon
For 4 star hotel the place is fantastic. The room was clean, the staff was nice and efficient, they know what they are doing and I mean All of them from security guard to any. The breakfast was beyond my expectations with real pancakes! The seafood dinner buffet was great especially if you find good deals. The hotel is well suited with family or business traveller not so much with couples I would say. The location is nice. So much crowd but can you blame them?
