A really nice hotel. It's really clean which I like. The staff are really professional and do as much as possible to make sure your stay is as good as possible. You get the impression that they really do care. I would have bo hesitation in recommending anyone to stay here.
PS location is perfect.

I have just returned from a holiday in Pattaya. We have looked at the Acqua Hotel on many occasions but it was usually out of our price range. However, on this occasion, it worked out well for booking. The room was really nice, a little small in places, compared to other hotels I have stayed in, but still, a great room. Nice comfortable bed and a powerful shower, what more do you need. The only downside for me, whether it was just my room, was the slightly loud aircon. With the bed being located directly under it, it made for some interrupted sleep on most nights. Most of the time, I had to turn it off at night. This is my only criticism. The rooftop pool area is very nice, with great views of the area. I can't comment on the breakfast offering as I didn't need it at the hotel, but it looked good from a distance. I would stay again if the price was right for me. The plate of fruit left in the room by the hotel on the last day was a nice touch.

I stayed in room 1505 over the festive/New Year period. I booked the room for 17 nights through booking.com and paid €861 or 26k baht.

Cons:
The room was quite cramped/small with very little room for luggage bags.
Lights on the balcony only turned on during set hours so you needed to pull up shower curtain to shine light onto the balcony if you fancied a late night beer or cigatette, which meant people could see into the bathroom. Not sure why the balcony light only worked during set hours. Very strange.
The cleaning lady was extremely noisy in the mornings. I know she wants to clean the rooms but the noise levels were a tad too much.

Pros:
Toilet amenities changed daily and included razor, toothbrush, cotton buds plus shampoos and conditioners.
WiFi was consistently good.
Shower always had hot water.
TV had good selection of channels and was a good size.
Bed was good size and was very comfy.
Hotel is guest friendly and downstairs ring to confirm it's ok to allow guests call to the room.

Location is a Pro and a Con. It is very centrally located with easy access to 2nd road/LK Metro/Soi Diana bars and 7 mins walk to Central Shopping Mall. Right outside the door is Honey Massage parlour plus lots of happy ending massage parlours on the Soi. Good for some people, not for others.

Overall I found the room too small for the price I paid and would consider H Boutique hotel very near by for a less expensive and larger room option.

I didn't dine at the hotel, but can recommend Retox Game On restaurant/bar at the beginning of the Soi for falang food. I particularly liked the Aussie steak special and the Chicken Tikka massala.

When we arrived at hotel we were greeted with friendly faces and a nice looking reception area. Check in was quick and simple. We had a deluxe room booked and was shocked at just how small it was, there wasn’t even anywhere to put our cases once we’d unpacked. Unfortunately for us there were no upgrades available for the first 3 days so decided against moving rooms after that.
The hotel itself though is clean and the rooftop pool although again quite small is ok. The food and happy hours they have up there are good value. The west block of the hotel also had a rooftop space which was nicely set out with comfortable chairs and loungers but for some reason only opened at 5pm...seems like a waste of good space.
The breakfast buffet had a selection of cereal, pastries as well as an egg station and Thai selection, overall quite good
Location wise as everywhere in Pattaya you’re never too far away from a bar or massage place and only a 5 minute walk to the beach
All in all it was ok but the room size was a massive let down for us!

The hotel has decent facilities and a good range of options for breakfast. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.

If you're someone who loves having one night stands, then it's in an ideal location as the red light district is right around the corner, or perhaps loves to party. If you're a light sleeper and want to relax, I'd recommend finding a different hotel preferably somewhere away from the red light district, as the music from the minibars certainly is very loud and be warned it goes onto until 2am. If you complain to the reception staff, all they do is apologise and mention nothing can be done to prevent it. Worst room is 2513 far corner in second building.

Some of the rooms are decent size but very tight if you have a king sized bed, as there isn't much room to maneuver.

New Hotel in Central Pattaya. So good for go around without using motorbike, but of course more chaotic.

I had delux exclusive room (2'400 baht a day), nice but if you open the curtains you see the room of another hotel just in face....so i closed it all day.
In the morning sun come in your bed bacause curtains have a space where let bright come inside.
They not change the used drink from the mini bar (just give free 4 bottle of water a day and a cookies in the evening when the prepare room for you).
My room was quite because at the end of aisle. and also from bar on soi honey inn not noisy at all.

Swimming pool on the top ok but nothing special (medium/small size) as described by someone, and the place around it very small. But here is a nice bar.

Staff really great.

So good hotel but for that price can fine better.
The other room (around 1'500 baht a day) really really small. For this price you can find easy a 40sm room with biggest swimming pool.

Stayed here dozens of times, the bellboy says “welcome back sir”. I’ve sent hundred of people to them and honey group in general.

Quite aware of the 2 pm check in time I turned up at 11.30 as often they might have a room available.

I prepaid 6 nights via agoda as it was past the cancellation window when I turned up.

Instead of telling me my room would not be available until 2 pm the started processing all the paperwork. Passport copy, singing the agreement etc. what a delight I thought.

Then I was told to come back after 2pm, and even then the lady said she could not guarantee a room would be available. They’d already signed me in and my money was gone. She should have been honest and told me to come back at 2pm and then process the paperwork triggering payment to the company.

I simply got my bag, booked another hotel, ordered a Grab taxi and was on my way having put down the lost money to experience.

…..and whilst I was waiting for my taxi to new accommodations the bellboy came running out and said “Sir, your room is available now”

Just a filthy staff member probable doing her best to lose customers when clean ready rooms had been available all the time. I just knew she was lying….

screams, screams and screams, doors slamming and girls drunk until 4am from the room across from mine on the fifth floor. At first I didn't give much importance, but after 9 nights in this condition, I politely asked if I could change the room to another floor. Incredibly, the girl at the front desk showed no interest in my discomfort, in fact she made me feel like I was the problem complaining about some noise, and change the rooms many time was not good. (What does such a sentence mean? I still can't understand it now).
I have always considered the staff of this hotel to be very polite and professional, but this girl has deeply disappointed me with her bad attitude, difficult to comment on.
She immediately told me if I wanted another room I could go to the second floor, this was not a problem for me, but I thought it was at least a decent room, instead I found myself in an unclean room, the bed was full of small dead ants, the blankets smelled like that room hadn't been open in months but the worst thing was in front of the window exactly 3 meters away i had a building with 2 windows looking into the room and bathroom basically it was like being walled up in the room, i had no view and no i couldn't even open the curtains, i think it was the worst room in the whole hotel, basically it was like being locked inside in a basement and i think that room was never even assigned to anyone , given the dust present, the musty smell of the sheets and the dead ants ... honestly I have never felt so humiliated and mortified in my entire life, considering that I have been a customer of this hotel for several years, I was really very mortified. I wanted to leave but the girl at the reception with a really snooty attitude told me that I would not receive any refund. So I kept the room and went to sleep in another hotel. Too bad because my check out scheduled for March 12 took place regularly, but I would have had to return in Pattaya on March 20 and stay until May 7, or about 48 nights, now unfortunately I will have to look for a different accommodation.

The staff service is great, the hotel is new and the location is superb. There's even a pedestrian entrance into the back of Treetown that Google maps doesn't know about.

For me, none of that overcomes the intrinsic limitations of the buildings. The rooms are tiny. No matter where you put your bag, it's in the way. Is it an advantage that you can put the "do not disturb" sign on the door while sitting at the desk without getting up? I guess so, but mostly it shows how cramped things are. The bathroom door clears the toilet by about 3mm. There are plenty of hotels with rooms double this size in Pattaya. No need to squeeze into a shoebox.

There are two buildings. If your room is in the 2nd building, you have to go downstairs, walk outside (possibly in the rain), climb the stairs into the main building, just in order to go to breakfast or visit the pool.

While the pool itself is ok, there are three massive problems with it:
1) It's located up a big flight of stairs, making it unnecessarily dangerous for everyone and totally inaccessible for wheelchairs. The gym and sauna are then down a flight of stairs from that. It's all a horrendous design.
2) They play awful music.
3) They allow smoking, so it's a horrible environment. There are only about 6 lounges in the shade next to the pool, so there's nowhere to escape the smoke, unless you want to get sunburnt.
