Very quiet and comfortable hotel. All you need is in compact area. Breakfast is good, rooms and service and all personal in high level. We enjoyed restoran's food and coffee. The location of hotel is good: not too far from Walking Street and Central Festival.

It was a great relaxing trip. The place are clean and tidy. All the staff are really helpful. Surrounded by different lovely cafe. You may want to visit them one by one for your breakfast. The swimming pool is nice.

Warm welcomes by the receptionists as always, room cleanliness in tip top condition with smiles. Plenty of food choices provided but Thai cuisine is the best and most wanted. Quiet surroundings but easy to get through to the interest place.

Service was terrible from start to finish, it’s a shame because the building itself is beautiful the pool area is nice and it could be nice but the staff on the front desk are rude and just don’t care, there was a issues with our first room so we mentioned it they didn’t seem to care after about 10 minutes of us having to keep repeating the issues the moved us to a room what had the exact same issue and they just didn’t care at all after that so we stayed in a room where the hob didn’t work correctly 1 of the main reasons we booked it and the washing machine was broken also main reason we booked it! The bar in the restaurant we ordered 2 cocktails after 40 minutes of no drinks they come over to tell us they have no ice, so that was another let down like what took 40 minutes to tell me you had no ice? The reception staff I could not believe the rudeness and how moody they were it was shocking the whole stay was meant to be a nice little rest get away from our backpacking and it turned out to be the worst we have stayed in yet double the price …
