It is a great hotel for the stay with children, family or friends Most of the people who stay in this hotels are Russians and Chinese. People are friendly. Staff of the hotel barely speaks English, Russian or any other language. It is very clean and cosy hotel with a good location. In 5 minutes walk from the hotel you will find the market where you can eat and buy some stuff. Especially I recommend a tent/cafe in the market number A33. The food there is delicious despite on not high number of participants. If you eat there once, I guarantee that you will eat there every day!

The picture showes water chutes but there is none.. You are a long way from anything and need a taxi or tut tut to get anywherr , im afraid I will not be returning. No bar or restaurant that's open and as for breakfast it's best to eat out. It is cheap and clean and pool ok but not great so may suit some.

Huge room, daily serviced, really enjoyed my stay here, breakfast buffet has a huge choice to select from, only downfall would be the counter staff who are unfriendly and took my passport then giggled as they past it around.

The morning receptionist was rude and very unfriendly. She would have cracked her face if she smiled. The way she behaved was as if you were asking her to pay. She didn't explain anything. Asked for your passport and that was too much trouble her having to photocopy it. Didn't explain that you had to have a voucher for breakfast, only it was over other side of car park. Didn't explain about WiFi. We only found out these things when we spoke to afternoon/evening receptionist. She was always smiling and there was always a good afternoon/evening. The breakfast was dreadful. It all came in bits and pieces. There were 3 options on menu and I wouldn't recommend them at all. The staff were nowhere to be seen when we went to have breakfast. We had to stand around and hope someone turned up. We did 2 breakfast from the 8 we paid for. The room was basic and functional. We had a large bed (two beds pushed together). There is a tv in the room but only 3 English channels, 2 movie and 1 sport. You will be okay if you speak Chinese or Russian. Small bathroom with shower. Only had hot water twice. So you never felt clean after a hot day. We had clean sheets and towels every day. We left a lot of change on the dressing table when we went out, when we came back it had gone. So lock everything away when you go out. We locked our suitcases everytime we went out. There is a safety deposit box which is free BUT it's in reception!! We didn't use the swimming pool, so couldn't comment. It's easy to travel into Pattaya. The baht bus goes from the other side of the hotel and is on main road. It's 20baht each to the bottom of the road. There is a 7/11 shop not far from the hotel and a Big C shopping mall a short walk away. Beware of uneven pavements. There is no kettle in the room. We bought a water heater/kettle at Big C which cost us 199 baht (£4). Take your own teabags as tea in Thailand is wet and wimpy. There have been comments that rooms are being broke into at night, when people are asleep in room. There is a version of a lock on the door, use it. This is a basic hotel and served our needs. There are no frills to it and for £140 for 8 nights you cannot expect more.

We checked in to join the group event, but the check in process was complicated. The key card was missing, we realized it caused by group's organizer, but it was surprising that the lady front desk staff shown her bad attitude. She said "I understand" (sound impolite to guests), but no action or assistance to coordinate. Furthermore, my car's tire was flat, found in the morning when we prepared checking out. Security staff told us to find out motorcycle taxi at the main road for seeking engineering outside. It was disappointing as there's no assistance offered as we expected. We called the motorcycle taxi by ourselves to help, he asked THB 100 for service, then he disappeared. We then contacted front desk, Khun "Yan" help to contact the hotel engineer. Khun "Phadet" was very very helpful, I knew he was on duty and a lot of task to handle. However, he was willing to help us to change the spare tire.

We left our Xmas bookings way too late as usual, and my son wanted a BIG swimming pool so we ended up at this Hotel. If you know you are paying for a 3 star it is exactly what you get here - friendly basic service with all amenities functional. Staff were friendly upon checkin and room facilities were adequate. You get a dozen vouchers to enter the water park, its is a fun family place and the beach is on the other side and for the rides but they are a waste of time and only last like 30 sec per ride. We didn't go to the top of the tower that forms part of the main lobby building. Buffet breakfast was actually ok of course Xmas time the Hotel is full of 100's of Russian tourists and Jomtien like the rest of Pattaya has adopted the Russian language on everything from menus to beach massages.
