This hotel is let down by a substandard buffet and rude waiting staff. Apart from that the rooms are fine although a little dated. Outside is a rather nice swimming pool and adjacent a small gym. For anyone interested in golf there is a driving range at the resort as well. The hotel is just 5 minutes walk away from Pattaya North bus station, and there is a shuttle bus that runs every 2 hours into the centre of Pattaya. There is no laundry facility at the resort however just down the road is laundry shop that provide a very good service.

The hotel has two wings & we stayed in the older one. Rooms are more or less basic but that was ok for the price that we paid. Staff at the reception was efficient & courteous. The buffet was also just about acceptable but had very limited choice for vegetarians. Hotel has a nice swimming pool & gym. Since the hotel is located about 3-4 kms from the beach, they have a free shuttle running every two hours to take the guests there. Overall nothing negative except mentioned above.

I have stayed here in the past, its okay cheap rooms but the food was sub standard and pricey with few other options near by. I now come here for the golf driving range which is one of the best in pattaya.

Just returned from a fabulous trip to Thailand. Pattaya has a bad press but I found the staff at Diana friendly and helpful. The resort has everything you require. Families, disabled or solo. A free two hour bus service to the beach and the city centre. Accommodation for economy in theor home The hotel has excellent rooms for those who wish to spend more and their family lodges too. The food offered is European and thai. Of ypu loke golf there are numerous courses in easy reacj or just spend time on their range. If you want day trips to islands, the big bhudda, water park and much more. I'll be back for certain. Bus station two minutes walk to many destinations around Thailand and a local airport for travel to phuket, Cambodia and Vietnam. Belltravel air con coaches can be booked from bkk airport or city. They arrive at the bus station and then mini bus you to your hotel or apartment.

I have been staying in the hotel for three months for the past few years and have always been delighted with my stay, however this year there have been changes which many regular visitors are disappointed with, The biggest concern is the complimentary bus which two years ago ran into the city every hour has now changed to every two hours leading to overcrowding especially Dec/Jan and on occasion resulting in extreme aggravation. The swimming pool has been completely refurbished but the floor is lethal when wet so extreme care is necessary and there are still insufficient sunbeds and brollys to meet demand causing angry words again, and finally the hotel has seen fit to raise the price of their drinks so much that most guest go to the little restaurant round the corner for their nightly pub session as the drinks are half the price. Still in its favour, the staff are brilliant the rooms are clean ,there is a great family atmosphere of old friends around the pool and the hotel is still the best value in Pattaya, We have even suggested that they purchase a large used container where we can keep our luggage from one year to the next.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 months. The room was large but never cleaned properly by the chamber maids. The bed was often just made and not changed. Staff were very rude but for one or two. One so much so that every time we walked past she made a point of looking away. The pool was amazing, a great pool to swim in but the gym is not as the pictures showed and the running machine did not work. Breakfast was a good selection from a buffet that was kept warm by candles. Room had a balcony that was great and we were given complementary drinking water (bottles) each day. Was expensive for the area.

Stayed many times before, however this Nov+Dec very disappointed. Staff remain their best asset. Managment however not so good, some 'policy' decisions seem more focused on "profit" than good service. Disabled room previously had 2 televisions; 1 removed making viewing only from bed. Asked for 1 extra pillow, charged 20 bhat/night thats over £10/month for a pillow! Kettle removed not available for making 'in room hot drinks' previously breakfast included; this year an extra 150 bhat/day, equals 4650 or £86 month, so check before booking. Finally, appaling wifi provision, old equitment which kept falling over, totally unreliable. Management not interested. Shall not be booking next year, sadly.

The windows ofthe room are so dirty like no cleaning in a year. The breakfast is cold old prefab ham in Luke warm water cold sausages and tastless potatoes. The area of the hotel is far away from anything very far to walk to taxi butalso notquiet construction notice and motorbikes will keep you entertained day and night. for 1000thb a night for a small smelly dirty room you can find much better for less in Pattaya there are so many new try hard hotels to find a great deal for a new hotel. But if you are into retro style with a little touch of the 1970's from the eastern blocks you are just right here.

We have stayed here in the past few years and returned once again. It is clean and a nice place to stay out of the hustle and madness of some of Pattaya. The staff is very polite and easy to communicate with in all things relative. The restaurant food is ok but you will find more to your liking out in the city.
