Very good hotel in good location, friendly staff, great breakfast, large rooms with large comfortable beds, soft sheets. Good gym and pool. Went in February and although the weather was hot, pool does not get the sun so stays cool, no sunbathing area. Mainly Asian guests so the breakfast reflects that. Great value for money, my only criticism was poor quality repairs in the bathroom and around the pool area, something you see a lot of when the sealant needs replacing, it looks like it is done by a 5 year old. Overall great value , good experience

The hotel looks grand from the outside with a water feature at the front and carriage drive entrance. The reception area is spacious. Reception staff are helpful, efficient and serves with a smile. We were given a room on the 12th floor. The room is very spacious, clean and a private balcony with a lovely view of part of the city plus seaview too. This hotel is centrally located to all amenities such as shopping centres, bars and restaurants. Breakfast is included with our deal. There is varieties but choices of fruits is limited to pineapple & watermelon only which is a shame as local fruits are in abundance here.

Love everything at this place, big room (gor the price), clean, nice and soft bed and pillows. The towels are soft and thick (not like usual hotel which is thtin and dry). Did not use the pool and have breakfast this time but love to come back again!

Thankfully my family and I only had to stay in this hotel for two nights.
The standards were very low in all aspects.
On the day of us checking in we were just stood there waiting for a member of staff to acknowledge that we were there.
The room was big, however the cleanliness of the room was of a low standard.
This just continued over the next couple of days.
We didn't want to risk going in the swimming pool as it didn't look like it was cleaned, there was no one using it, that to me is a good indication not to use something.
The gym was a a disaster, it wasn't even in a set room just placed in a corner of one of the floors of the hotel. I think if you did use the gym equipment you have probably court an infection of it.
The food area for breakfast looked so unclean the floor was dirty, food wasn't covered and the we lots of flys around.
I seen a member of stuff wipe down a table, and they just wiped over the mats and the area of the table that was showing. No mat were moved to clean the table probably. There were stuff just stood around doing nothing.
The breakfast was on from 0600 to 1000hrs as soon as it came to 1000 o'clock they turned the lights off in the dining hall even though there we still customers eating they're breakfast.
The stuff just need to be better trained and the management need to manage.
I did want to add more photos however I was limited to only 10.
I would recommend staying in this hotel.

Check in was very smooth, arrived just after 12pm and the receptionist checked me in within a few minutes. My rooms located on the 10th floor (1022) rooms are huge with a balcony. This feels more like a family room its so big and the beds super comfy and smooth. You only have 2 plug sockets and they are nowhere near the bed. Unfortunately the rooms are not sound proof and there's a disco or club nearby. They don't stop playing music till 6am. Then a few hours later u got the cleaners doing their thing. I checked in a few days ago (12/10/24) got a few hours sleep my first night, hardly no sleep last night the music was so loud.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I feel I need to explain why I rate this a 1 star. Firstly this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel yet it felt no better than a 3 star. It takes around 15 minutes to check in and once you get to your room the air con is not even on and the room is extremely hot. The balcony is full of dust and the chairs are too dirty to actually sit on and enjoy the view. We ordered room service and it took the staff 18 hours to pick up the dirty plates we placed outside the door. I wanted to take a shower at 1am and the hot water was turned off. I called the lobby and waited close to an hour for them to turn the heater back on. Breakfast has almost no variety to chose from. We went to the gym only to find out it was in the middle of the lobby with no lights or air conditioning. We left our room at 1 pm and got back at 6pm when they where busy cleaning… I mean who cleans the room at 6pm? We had to sit very uncomfortably and wait for the ladies to finish cleaning…. The room is nice, but besides that…. This is the worst 5 star experience I have ever had and will rather book somewhere else when we return to Pattaya. Thanks

This is NOT a 5 Star Hotel! I can't believe they are permitted to advertise it as such.
It is an old wreck, falling to pieces with broken trimmings, holes in the tiles, muck & grime in every corner and broken furniture from the 1990's.
The room a/c is awful and the pool looks like a child's playground within a bricked-up prison compound.

Not even close to five-star hotel. Clean yes, but there are the good part. Looks like time has stopped to 19th century. Huge room but only one electric plug. Cheap interior and no luxury feel at all. The breakfast is limited and whole restaurant smells burnt grease.

On the surface an impressive hotel with super Lobby and large modern rooms. Closer inspection not so good: no power sockets by beds, no shaver socket in bathroom, uneven floor tiles, no mirror above dressing table, sink that drained so slowly. Hotel worked hard to resolve problems including a flood in the bathroom and supplying extension cables. Beds comfy and cleaning team excellent, breakfast ok but rather oddly no knives. The place feels like a ghost hotel with closed bar and restaurants and small staff. Swimming pool lovely and large but dreadful decoration, the pool terrace could be spectacular but looks as if a bunch of 7 year olds were given £20 to spend in Poundland to style it (plastic lemons and sunflowers stuck to the wall). The place feels unloved and uncared for, it functions OK but could be amazing with a greater attention to detail.

If you want a good night sleep The grand Palazzo is not the hotel for you . It’s surrounded by night clubs that start at 10pm and finish 7am everyday , the noise is unbearable . 2 times house keeping didn’t make up our room and replace the towels , we had to call them to do it . Breakfast is mainly for Asians and Indians , the only western food is eggs . It’s not what it’s made out to be , the word “Palazzo” means palace , it’s far from that. I wouldn’t stay here again.
