It’s a nice hotel in decent location. My guess that it’s an older hotel based on the room decor. All the spaces including the rooms are large. There are plenty of area to relax. The cable television was much better that I expected. Good water pressure in the shower and hot. The large balcony and view was great. The services are good. The breakfast is generally decent. The hotel is so spacious that I think they miss on some details. The robe in my room was torn. The large rip should have been clearly notice by the staff and not put in the room. The worse thing that I can say is the gym is a definite after thought. I book hotel with a good gym because I’m a gym person. This gym was the worse I’ve seen. A huge hotel and they think to put it in the hallway ,dark corner next to what looks like dirty laundry room. Many pieces are out of order. Not a single treadmill was working. The cardio equipment is low quality. The seats on other equipment is deteriorating onto the floor and never seems to get cleaned up. There’s apparently no equipment maintenance and they clearly don’t care about it. I refused to use any of it. Other than the gym I don’t have many other complaints.

Thankfully my family and I only had to stay in this hotel for two nights. The standards were very low in all aspects. On the day of us checking in we were just stood there waiting for a member of staff to acknowledge that we were there. The room was big, however the cleanliness of the room was of a low standard. This just continued over the next couple of days. We didn't want to risk going in the swimming pool as it didn't look like it was cleaned, there was no one using it, that to me is a good indication not to use something. The gym was a a disaster, it wasn't even in a set room just placed in a corner of one of the floors of the hotel. I think if you did use the gym equipment you have probably court an infection of it. The food area for breakfast looked so unclean the floor was dirty, food wasn't covered and the we lots of flys around. I seen a member of stuff wipe down a table, and they just wiped over the mats and the area of the table that was showing. No mat were moved to clean the table probably. There were stuff just stood around doing nothing. The breakfast was on from 0600 to 1000hrs as soon as it came to 1000 o'clock they turned the lights off in the dining hall even though there we still customers eating they're breakfast. The stuff just need to be better trained and the management need to manage. I did want to add more photos however I was limited to only 10. I would recommend staying in this hotel.

Great hotel in a good location. Around a 10 minute walk to the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants close by and a 7-eleven next door. Pool was good and plenty of towels to slide. Very clean and spacious. Our room was huge and had the biggest bed I’ve seen. It was always immaculately cleaned. Staff were friendly. Would stay here again

Extremely drunk Korean men acted like wild dogs until 4am, so I could not sleep. The Thai police were called at 2am to deal with drunk Koreans laying in the street gutter. My room was shaking with trashy techno bass all day and night. Ironic how “classy” the reception area seems, in light of the utterly disgusting actual experience in their hotel. Nice folks, but alcoholism is a hell of a disease. This place is a dumpster fire. I hate it like poison.

Went with a group of 35 people and did a mistake of choosing this hotel. Rooms are very big. But the room service is pathetic. Break fast is very bad. As this hotel is having huge inventory, the travel agents love it. If you go there, please check the food first. Can be called as a big budget hotel and not luxury.
