Best hotel in everyway....whether we talk about location, view or hospitality.. everything justifies with pricing of the hotel... i stayed for about 5 days and never had a bit of problem as the staff is helpful. regular cleaning of the rooms etc.. I would prefer taking rooms with balcony if you smoke..as they have non smoking rooms only... over all i would recommend this hotels if you are going with your friends or as a couple.

I've been to pattaya multiple times before and this is hands down the best property i have stayed in for the price it commands. The rooms are 4 star quality and the service is 5 star, the staff is smiling, courteous and speaks good english. I have stayed in properties 3 times more pricier than this and still did not have expereince such as here. Its close to walking street as well without being too close and hence away from the Hustle Bustle. This is going to be my go to property from now onwards in Pattaya. Strongly recommend this place

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 3 nights with my friend. We booked two adjacent rooms. This is my worst stay ever. Right when we entered the hotel, the staff demonstrated unfriendly behaviour. They do not greet, do not offer water and asks you to buy a bottle if you're too thirsty. Rooms are not even close to as shown in the pictures. Pros: 1. Pool was ok. However, there was no shower room and changing room. 2. If you have a visitor, hotel staff would keep their ids. When guests leave your room, staff would give you a call to confirm if everything is ok. Cons: 1. Staff is unprofessional and corrupt. The cost of water bottle changes in every 12 hours. At night when you order from reception, it costs 30 baht, while if you buy in the morning or use the bottle kept in the fridge, it costs you 20 baht. 2. Staff is illetrate. They can't speak or understand english. I had a hard time understanding their mixed version of thai-english language and they had a hard time understanding plain english that i spoke. 3. Dirty rooms. Yes. The sheets were dirty, taps broken, furniture broken, old CRT telivision that we had in early 90s. You could see spit marks everywhere in the balcony. 4. No toothpaste, toothbrush or bathroom slippers in the room. But yes, they had 2 pairs of used rubber slippers in each room which, if lost, might cost you another 100s of bucks at the time of checkout. Beware guys, don't choose this hotel. 100% non-recommendable.

Nice pool area and garden. Walking distance to the main pier, walking street and night market. They have free shuttles to the beach and center. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast and on site restaurant meals were tasty. For little price reasonable hotel over all, but I would not go back. Dated rooms, dirty walls. Loud road noice from outside, no sun at lounge deck.
