Hotel location is really good...it's 10 min walking from walking street , beach, big buddham hill temple pattaya...resturate is great, great breack fast....awsome staff, they are really helpful. If you need any kind of help they will provide you.
I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 3 nights with my friend. We booked two adjacent rooms. This is my worst stay ever. Right when we entered the hotel, the staff demonstrated unfriendly behaviour. They do not greet, do not offer water and asks you to buy a bottle if you're too thirsty. Rooms are not even close to as shown in the pictures. Pros: 1. Pool was ok. However, there was no shower room and changing room. 2. If you have a visitor, hotel staff would keep their ids. When guests leave your room, staff would give you a call to confirm if everything is ok. Cons: 1. Staff is unprofessional and corrupt. The cost of water bottle changes in every 12 hours. At night when you order from reception, it costs 30 baht, while if you buy in the morning or use the bottle kept in the fridge, it costs you 20 baht. 2. Staff is illetrate. They can't speak or understand english. I had a hard time understanding their mixed version of thai-english language and they had a hard time understanding plain english that i spoke. 3. Dirty rooms. Yes. The sheets were dirty, taps broken, furniture broken, old CRT telivision that we had in early 90s. You could see spit marks everywhere in the balcony. 4. No toothpaste, toothbrush or bathroom slippers in the room. But yes, they had 2 pairs of used rubber slippers in each room which, if lost, might cost you another 100s of bucks at the time of checkout. Beware guys, don't choose this hotel. 100% non-recommendable. …
Not well maintained , Old rooms , old CRT TV, No transport available nearby ,no shuttles, Bad breakfast & very less options for food, One more thing the ask you to pay 1000TB as security deposit, will be refunded anyway , better go for a different option if you have any
Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is amazing! You can really fill up before you start your day. Internet available at all times. Reception area very welcoming and clean. Extremely accommodating overall. Rooms were perfect. All the basics and more. Swimming pool is luscious and a good social area to chill and have a few cold ones. :)
We stayed here from 12th September to 18th September 2019. It was a nice hotel. Most importantly its around 1.2 Km away from walking street. and close to lot of food outlets, massage centers etc. Situated in very good location. Service was nice, specially from office staff and housekeeping. mini bar and swimming pool with basic breakfast buffet All required amenities were there in room
Nice pool area and garden. Walking distance to the main pier, walking street and night market. They have free shuttles to the beach and center. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast and on site restaurant meals were tasty. For little price reasonable hotel over all, but I would not go back. Dated rooms, dirty walls. Loud road noice from outside, no sun at lounge deck.
We stayed here from 16th April to 18th April 2019. It was a nice small hotel. Most importantly its around 1.5 Km away from waling street. and close to lot of food outlets, massage centers etc. Situated in very good location. Service was nice, specially fron office staff and housekeeping. All required amenities were there in room. But in my room, there was some issue with A/C. Other than that all other things were good. And we like the pool as well.
We stayed there for 3 nights. Hotel was very good. nice location near to walking street. Staff was polite and professional specially the staff on reception were very good. Room were clean as they clean it everyday. They provide all the basic facilities like electronic safe, mini bar and swimming pool with basic breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone specially for solo travellers and adults , very near to many attractions like walking street, pattaya beach ,the grand budha and pattaya view point.
This place is very near to Walking street and hotel provides free drop (and pick?) 4 times a day (2 in the morning and 2 in the evening). Swimming pool is a bit small but okay. Best of this place is overall cleanliness, service quality and no pushups or mental pressure from the hotel staff.
