This is a good hotel that I have stayed in before but beware that most of the Sea Me Spring hotels including this one are closed. I made some efforts to contact the hotel via email etc and never recieved a reply, my email from last November still has no response.

Room # 3225 ( 1 x night stay ) Our 1st stay at Sea me Speing Tree Hotel - probably the last. Wi-Fi was infuriating bad - Signal Strength dropping out all the time and cutting in and out..... Rooms although modern desgned, looked old and tired - wallpaper is cream and showed lots of dirty marks from hard use. We found the bed on the hard side. Half the Power plugs did not work in the room! Staff were not smiling during our stay - always a part of great customer service. It was an all round non exciting OK stay..... But there are better hotels on Soi 10 to stay at such as Page 10 and The Stay Hotels.

Stayed for 7 night on a golf trip and thought we’d try here as it was newer than the other two hotels we have stayed in on Soi 10 . Big mistake as the sister hotel opposite Sea Me Spring Two I rate higher .. why ? The rooms was smaller and the pool area had NO shade whatsoever making it impossible to spend any length of time by the pool . The Wifi was infuriating as it dropped out when not being used needing you to log in every time you want to check emails etc . I like Soi 10 as a location but would not choose this hotel again . Stay opposite or try Hotel Stay next door.

I really love this hotel, great rooms, great service, great location and lovely roof top pool area with bar. I took a sea view and it really was awesome better than the pictures suggest. This is now my go to hotel for Pattaya based holidays. I even would highly rate the maid service which is normally not something I would comment on but they are flexible and helpful and do the ironing at very short notice. Really great no negative comment at all.

Room was very nice had everything you could want although air con a bit noisy. Can be a busy city and this hotel is in a quieter wee street midway between beach rd and 2nd street so ideal in that regard. Roof top pool with jaqiuzzi a highlight and the girls working the bar there 1st class. Maids 1st class aswell Overall very good choice no complaints.

Its almost like your own pool, Best view, cleanest water and less chlorine. Pool side restaurant is fantastic. Rooms are very clean with a bath tub and direct or partial sea view, little small and nothing in balcony to sit, so I bought outside the vanity stool from makeup area. water in bathroom very much soft and best for skin. Food is ok. no free bfast. Housekeeping staff are very operative and friendly.

Modern, relatively new hotel in a good location. Very comfortable and clean, good value for money. Much better here vs. the many old and tired hotels around the place. Staff were good as well. If needed I am happy to go back.

Pros 1. Great location - near beach and Central Festival 2. Good value for $ when booked early via Bookings 3. Hotel still new, hence facilities all still good Cons 1. Desk without chair 2. Balcony can do with table and chairs 3. Toothbrush and cotton butt not provided. Overall, still good value for my money. Those 3 things are cheap and basic and if provided i think i be back the next time we are in Pattaya.
