I had high hopes for this property but those were dashed after 2 nights there. Just so much potential unrealized. More attention to detail could have been given to justify the premium name. The following are some of the gripes I had: 1. Too many cats were roaming freely around the resort. Not a nuisance at first, but when they ran over the moment I opened my lunch container in front of the room, I had to retreat inside. 2. A gecko was scrambling around in my opened bag of breads in the room. 3. Two blackouts occurred on a rainy night. 4. The reception staff, though pleasant, seemed unprepared for the check in and took some time to sort everything out. 5. The room had a weird design with mattresses on an upper level floor and a big drop to ground level. There were steps that didn’t stretch across the length of the upper level, making for a perilous trip to the living area if you had to get to it at night. 6. The hotel was stingy with drinking water and tissues provided in the room. 7. The “villa’” wasn’t that, more like a ground-floor room with no personal outdoor area or a spacious interior. A poor design. Only the big bathroom saved the day. …
The sign premium villa is same The sign hotel but it villa . The have very big room and bathroom is so big I love it. Swimming pool good . And you can walk to the hotel for use swimming pool too. I recommend this hotel .
We traveled as couples. Very beautiful villa. Its far from center but only few steps need to go out of hotel to find many bars, cafs & restaurants. Plz note, when zign villa hotel doesn't have many guests, their restaurant doesn't provide you with buffet breakfast if you book with breakfast you should ask buffet then they give you a copoun to eat at the Big Zign hotel opposite the Zign villa. If you dont ask buffet, staff treat you with few options at Zing villa restaurant. You have to ask for buffet breakfast. Its a very nice place. Beach is so close, free shuttle to beach.clean and cozy. We liked that place. Most of guests are russian and european.
The Zign Hotel is a massive resort on Nakula Beach, Pattaya. However, across the road are the Premium Villas which provide an oasis of calm from the coach load of tourists that are staying at the main resort. Villa guests have use of the facilities in the main hotel including the well-equipped gym and sauna. There is also a small private beach in front of the hotel. Otherwise, villa guests have their own private pool which was nice and quiet. The villa section has its own dining restaurant, called Moods, which served an excellent breakfast buffet. Most of the dishes are Chinese influenced, there is an egg station and the usual pastries and fruit if you prefer Continental fare. Service is very good, staff recognised us and on the second morning, brought us our preferred hot beverage without us having to request. We also dined there for dinner one evening, and the Thai curries and appetizers were excellent! Some advice: 1. Free shuttle to Central Festival shopping mall - the mall operators run a free shuttle that goes round the resorts to bring guests to the mall. When you arrive at the mall, go to information counter to ask about or book the return shuttle. We did not do that and ended up waiting more than 40min for the "scheduled" shuttle to arrive to no avail. When the shuttles finally appeared, the drivers said they couldn't take us as they were off duty (at 8pm). 2. To get to Terminal 21 shopping mall, the hotel advised us to take a taxi limo that costs 300 baht. We ended up walking 3km to Terminal 21 and taking the baht bus back that cost us 20 baht per person. 3. There are various eating options outside the hotel but operated by the hotels. We discovered a little charming cafe just outside the Zign Hotel and it served delicious snacks and Thai food. Also a great place to grab a gelato. We also bought freshly cut fruit for 50 baht a plate from the fruit vendor outside the Family Mart mini supermarket. 4. Foot massage and Thai massage cost 200 baht for one hour at the spas located just outside the hotel. Most are simple and clean.…
We just spent a week here. It’s in a quiet place as it’s a drive from things. The rooms were big and spacious, we booked through the hotel and asked for a ground floor. When we arrived they tried to give us a top floor. We were never greeted with a smile when we went to the desk they would just get off there phones and look at us. We had no hot water for the shower or bath after calling the front desk the lady came and showed me where the kettle was. The power kept going on and off. I think there was only one or two staff that could speak a little English and they were in the breakfast. We had call for room service and got hung up on about 6 times because they didn’t understand what we were saying, then there was a knock on the door and they came to take our order. We had breakfast included in our package but there were not enough people in the villas so they sent us across the road to their other hotel to have breakfast. OMG 😮 it was like a different world, they all spoke English, they were friendly. After seeing the other hotel we realised that we should have stayed there and not spent the extra money on the villas.…
The room is not cheap, this price you can stay in 4stars hotel but overall here is bad!! Firstly I arrived hotel there is no parking for me, i have to park at another hotel and walk with luggages to hotel. At night there is no reception at premium villa!! What?? Why you call yourself "premium villa" I have to cross the road to main building to check-in and staff was ignorance. In the room, there is some animal feces on the bed!!!! Clogged pipe at washbasin and bathtub...bad experience
I booked the Zign Hotel Premium Villa a month before visiting. Where I arrived they said the Villas were under renovation... They didn't have the decency to inform me in advance, if they did I would've gone to a different place. They put me in a Junior Suite, which was mediocre, floors were dusty and dirty. Walking around had my feet all dirty. Then I wanted to clean my coffee mug, so I drained it into the sink and realised they didn't even hook the sink up properly and it spilled on the floor (photos attached). Plus calling reception was ridiculous, not friendly, had to call multiple times before anyone came to the room to fix it and clean it. I am definitely not booking anything at The Zign Hotel or Premium Villa anymore. I also recommend you not to as well. I added the booking confirmation I received as well to verify this was a real visit.…
Good: Nice pool area, rooms are massive, easy access to the Zign and the surrounding food places. Many of the restaurants/cafes are owned by the surrounding hotels, likely to insert some buzz into the area. Bad: Reception is slightly hidden. We went direct to the premium villas and couldn't find our way 'in'. No one helped with bags and we had to carry them up a few stairs - would be hard for those with many bags/older. Our friends went to the main Zign reception and had someone bring them over in a golf buggy and to the room - so it may be we messed up the system.
This has been the worst experience during my short trip. I was so rudely treated by hotel staff I had to get my sisters hotel to pick me up and organise me to meet her at her hotel. I was told there were no taxis at 7am in the morning and I couldn’t leave the hotel till 11am or I could pay their “driver” 300Baht. The driver was a random man with a van... The manager of the hotel ignored me when I asked for help and questioned why there wouldn’t be any taxis and asked if he could call me a public one. He simply walked away and said no because i didn’t want to get into the van. I was confused and frustrated. How can a hotel possibly treat their guests in this way and tell them that they couldn’t go anywhere till 11am and public taxis weren’t coming to the hotel? Aside from the rude service -there was no hot water -the internet is terrible -there is NO airport transfer even though all the websites claim this is something they offer. -everything is 100% outdated I will never ever stay here and highly recommend everyone to book elsewhere. …
I visited this hotel with my friends, and we met the same problem which is the electricity was brownout every 10-15 minutes and because of this my hair straighteners was short and my friend's GoPro also short, we travel to many places and never met anything like this before. and while we were checking out we told to the staffs there and he said the hotel never have anything like this but i saw 2 staff's face behide you, that made me known that yes, you have this problem before.
