The hotel and room were great; comfortable and relaxing after a day of traveling and sightseeing. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We received exceptional service from Paew. She made us delicious beverages at the tea and coffee shop next door to the hotel. She was also very helpful during the morning breakfast by remembering our egg order from the... More

This hotel was right next to the old Chiang Mai and many restaurant choices. We did eat here one evening and enjoyed the meal. The breakfast is a buffet with choices for everyone's taste. Newer, clean rooms and quiet place to stay. The is a small, endless pool for those that like to lounge. The staff was especially friendly.

De Naga hotel is a quiet, beautiful hotel in the old city. From here you can easily visit the main wats by foot. Breakfast is great, staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, unfortunately it overlooked a bare piece of land next door so no nice view. The pool is really small but ok for a refreshing... More

We enjoyed our stay at De Naga hotel. The hotel has a very authentic Thai feel. My husband loved the architecture and Thai furnishings throughout the hotel and room. The hotel was in a great location within the Old City. We were able to walk to lunch and dinner. Also, very easy to get a tuktuk to the Night Bazaar... More

The De Naga hotel was a lovely place to stay. Prompt pickup from the airport had us at the hotel in no time. Arriving earlier than checkin time it's understandable that our rooms were not ready so we headed out for some brunch. Arriving back at the hotel, my friends room was ready so I waited at reception. The sad... More

This hotel was part of a planned tour, but it was exactly what we needed. The location is pretty good for exploring a good portion of the city. The hotel and its facilities were perfect for us, but we also had quite a few excursions. The breakfast was fantastic and all I can say is try the JAM, it will... More

The hotel is well located inside the old town of Chiang Mai. The overall appearance of the hotel is a mix of classic Thai design with a modern boutique feel. The rooms are relatively large, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was good with lots of variation and should certainly keep most people happy. The staff were helpful in organising taxi's... More

If you think Chiang Mai is a bustling city you are right, but the De Naga is so quiet and peaceful you could be in the middle of the countryside. The rooms have plenty of space. The bathroom shower in our room was state of the art. Don't bother looking out of the window though, it's a bit like bomb... More

Breakfast was less than before. And i think you pay a lot for the rooms compairing what you get for it.... More

Just spent 3 nights at this beautiful hotel in Chiang Mai. Everything about our stay was fantastic from the welcome at reception right through to our departure! The hotel was spotless and very quiet, plenty of choice for breakfast. The swimming pool was quite small but beautifully maintained and a wee treat at happy hour when you could get a... More
