Only stayed 2 nights. A lovely dear old woman. A spacious room. Shame bathroom grout looks like never cleaned - the amount of mould was disgusting. Sheets weren't changed for 2nd night but not the end of the world. No hair dryer - as advertised but again, not a big deal to me.

We initially only booked for two nights as we had previously booked hotels and found them to be nothing like the description online. However what is described and the pictures you see are the actual hotel. As we were so impressed with the value and faculties we ended up staying for a total of 6 nights, we were probably influenced...

This place is a quite and nice Guesthouse, it is clean, owners are nice and there are 2 sweet cats for those who love animals ! (Bikini and Dam) I recommend, it is in the center of Chiang Mai but in a small street so a little bit out of the pollution and noise of the city :)

I found this place to be very nice. Comfortable bed, clean room with working air con and a decent bathroom with no smell. What more could you ask for. Short walk to a tuk tuk hub and street restaurants at the east side of old town, the surrounding streets are filled with massage parlors and marketplaces. Lovely.

Clean, affordable, comfortable, friendly place in a very nice location. We've spent five nights in an air conditioned room with a small balcony and really enjoyed it. There is WiFi access and laundry service available.

This is a basic guesthouse that is a step above others in the same price range. An good sized A/C room with a comfortable bed, flat screen TV and small private balcony costs 500 THB per night The owners are friendly and very accommodating for reasonable requests. There is a kitchen downstairs if you prefer to cook something or warm...

Wonderful large rooms. Good value for the price. Clean and well maintained. However, a bit forlorn with little warmth from staff. If you like to do yoga iron exercise in your room, there plenty of space here.

I liked this place so much I stayed here for a month. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space in the rooms, not too noisy despite being in the Sois (lanes). It had a reasonable shower, good efficient air con, etc. The location was excellent. Next door to many small breakfast places. Well run guest house. They have monthly and...

I stayed here with my partner in March 2015. The hotel is in a great location although our cab driver did have a little trouble finding it but nothing to much to worry about. The staff were friendly and helped us find the Sunday Night Market which was close by and really worth a visit. The only downside was the...
