Definitely exceeded my expectations. The rooms are clean and private, even have air conditioning which was fantastic given the Thai humidity. The location isn't the best, but it's pretty easy to get into the city by tuk-tuk. The staff really set this place apart. My partner and I had done a lot of research and talked to numerous people who...

Shewe Wana is a beautiful boutique hotel very close to the centre of Chiang Mai. Nice pools to enjoy after visiting the many nice places in and around the city. Rooms are nice but not too big. Breakfast is good, nice breakfast area as well. Staff is very friendly! This is certainly a place we recommend!

Stayed at this resort for two nights with my wife and 5 month year old son and another couple who brought there 10 month son. The staff especially Pink was amazing. I travel a lot and have been to many resorts and never encountered anyone with the hospitality if Pink! She went out of her way to make us and...

When I saw this resort from the street I was a little worried but stepping behind the gate you walk into a little bit of plush paradise. It is charming, clean and the service was outstanding. The staff was very kind and accomodating. The room was cozy and comfortable. I loved their natural products (soap, shampoo, conditioner and Lotion). I forgot to buy some on the way out however. We will return to this hotel. The location was great!

The Cost-Performance ratio is low. The room was small that I didn't know where to put my baggage. They offer hair dryer and bottled water. But they "DO NOT" offer toothbrush and toothpaste which I think these are the important equipment that the hotel should have. The staff said that I need to live a more expensive room so I...

We were pleasantly surprised by this well-appointed boutique hotel. The friendly and accommodating staff made our stay so comfortable. They provided boxed breakfasts for two early mornings, played with our kids, helped hail tuk tuks and provide directions, spoke great English, and were all just so sweet. The location was in a quieter area of town but within walking distance...

We stayed at the Shewe Wana for 6 nights and from check-in to check-out, our stay was perfect and this was due mostly to the staff. We received an excellent and friendly welcome from Pink and trainee Sarah at the front desk. All of the front desk staff were wonderful in making our stay in Chiang Mai a very pleasant...

As always with a hotel, the staff are what makes the stay. The staff at Shewe Wana certainly helped make our stay in Chiang Mai memorable. We got a nice welcome, lots of detail about the hotel and the town and our bags arrived in our room promptly. During our stay they arranged a city tour, bargained with a taxi...
