The resort is small, but elegant. Their staff served very well. When we want to change the room to upstairs, they adjust that at once. Staying in the resort is like in a small forest. We have decide to come back in the next time.

My fourth time staying here. Always selecting one bedroom jazucci. Excellent spa. Excellent location if you are arriving for Loy Krathong. Cleaning and grounds staff very nice but i did think the front desk / restaurant staff wasnt at their best. They were good just not as good as the other times.

Shewe Wana is ideally located near the Old City and Night Bazaar in Chiang Mai. The hotel offers free tuktuk rides to these places every hour. The hotel needs to upgrade its breakfast menu. The free guava juice saved my life. The mattress on the bed was a bit firm for my liking. The best part of our stay in... More

As mentioned in the title we felt so welcome and taken care of that we easily got over a few details that should be looked after (see further below). It is a beautiful place and the location is great (at least we felt so because we did not want to be all the time in the touristy night market cum... More

Pretty good Hotel. We had a basic room for a good price. Two nice swimming pools, nice staff and shuttle lifts travel each hour, its 5 mins from the city centre. Didn't find the restaurant great so we ate out quite a bit.

Lovely, helpful staff. Charming, comfortable rooms in good taste. Beautiful garden with excellent breakfast included. Very good on site restaurant. Better than nearby riverside ones in our opinion. Very homey and pleasant atmosphere. Convenient airport pickup. Just a short walk to the night bazaar.

This hotel is made by its service and staff- very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean. Due to the 'forest type feel' there were a lot of mosquitoes about but the staff did everything they could to counteract this- repellant coil outside room, net around bed and they even sprayed the room whilst you were out if required. We... More

We were extremely well welcomed!!! The hostesses especially Macha and Vicky were so kind and so helpful! They were always available and gave us good advice (excursions, activities). The rustic looking room was nice and comfortable. This resort provides a shuttle to go to the night bazar. The breakfast was good (eggs, fruits, homemade jam, yogurts, muffins, etc.). I recommend... Our stay at Shewe Wana was just perfect. We really enjoyed the friendly staff and were sad to say goodbye. Our room was clean and comfortable, plenty of linen including pool towels. The location was great and we walked into the old city most mornings. Breakfast was plentiful with some Thai voices as well. The lovely garden surrounds made it... More

A really beautiful hotel in close proximity to the markets. The service was incredible. The food was a bit pricier than you'll find locally, but worth it for convenience and quality. We really enjoyed the entire stay!
