Really couldn't fault the place, lovely atmosphere, more than helpful and friendly staff. Close to the city square but not too close. The staff even came out and waved us goodbye when we left. definitely recommend

Wonderful location, fabulous staff and beautiful rooms. Very nice for a slightly different hotel, it's like you are in the middle of a forest! The food is lovely- lots of healthy options as well as the standard fair. Well worth the money

The staff is excellent! Very professional, helpfull and friendly. The resort has a relaxed atmosphere and is situated 10min walking from the Ping river where the restaurants are. (We enjoyed Riverside). Breakfast can be enjoyed a la carte or buffetstyle. Lunch in a small but cousy coffeeshop next door. We enjoyed the Thai massage in the spa. As a surprise the...

I had a very short stay at Shewe Wana Boutique Resort - from 6.30pm until 8am. The room was very comfortable and the gardens quite lovely. I just wish I could have spent a few days enjoying the facilities and exploring the area before catching my train south. I'm already planning my next trip to South East Asia and will...

Stayed for 3 nights in August 2016. Unless you are in the more private and luxurious suites on a different side of the property, all the superior rooms are clustered around a teeny garden courtyard that doubles as a swimming and breakfast area. These rooms are cramped and not private, as the walkways also are the sitting areas outside the...

Shewe Wana is a great place to get some much needed relaxation and culture. The staff is absolutely phenomenal and willing to recommend places to see and things to do. The resort is centrally located to enable walking to sites all around the city. Extremely clean and relaxing

I was drawn to the hotel because of the garden oasis feel. Our friends highly recommended a different hotel (de chai colonial), but I decided to go with my instinct and book at the shewe for our 3 day stay in Chiang Mai. The hotel grounds and pools were beautiful and relaxing. After a long day at the elephant nature...
