My wife and I stayed at Amata Lana for 4 nights, and it was absolutely amazing. The boutique hotel is extremely authentic, beautiful, and clean, but that is far from the best part. The cherry on top of it all was the exquisite, friendly, and capable service we received. We saw the same smiling faces everyday, and Rebekah was the...

My parents stayed at the hotel earlier this year for a few nights. Both of them are in their mid-seventies and still fit and able. However, they appreciate a little extra comfort and service, and this is exactly what they received at the Amata Lanna. They loved the amenities, the food, the location and most of all the staff. Keep...

My friends and I stayed at the Amata Alanna recently on our first trip to Chiang Mai, and it was about the nicest stay we've had in quite some time. The property was beautiful, the breakfast service was delicious, and the rooms were incredible! The staff was probably the best part - they suggested places for us to go during...

Amata Lanna was absolutely beautiful, the woodwork design adds a lot of character to the boutique hotel. Their interior design and furniture makes the place feels authentic. My stay was super comfortable, jacuzzi after the pool was such a treat, spa right in your room! The staffs are very friendly and informative. Couldn't have asked for a better stay in...

A small boutique hotel to the north of Chiang Mai near to the river Ping, a local temple and a short walk from the night bizarre. Consisting of only 12 rooms it is a refreshing retreat from the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai. It also has its own small pool and wifi. The building is traditional in style with...

We loved this hotel!!! We booked it because it looked "Thai" in it's decoration etc. It did not disappoint! It is on a quieter street, but still so close to the night market and good restaurants. The pool is smaller, but located inside the hotel's peaceful courtyard. The staff were so kind and attentive. Honestly, this is such a great...

Beautiful small hotel in Chiang Mai - only 12 georgeous rooms. Very warm welcome & and wonderful surprise when we were shown to our rooms - even better than the photos that we had seen prior to booking. Rooms are spacious, v tastefully decorated in traditional dark wood & the bathroom hosts both a jacuzzi bath & a shower. Outside...

Small hotel run by lovely Isaan ladies. Recent apparent change of ownership meant payment by credit card not available. This change was not informed to us prior to arrival, despite early booking. High wall separates hotel from busy road. Quite good location.

Beautiful place & lovely staff, would definitely stay there again. The only negative for us was some other holiday makers (all Chinese) were extremely loud & totally inconsiderate of others staying there. The staff were very aware of this & tried to do what they could to minimise the noise.
